This company has the WORST customer service, has a business owner it has taken me a week to get a new phone adding a new number to my existing account. 2 days just trying to get it programed correctly. NO ONE CALLS BACK. Extremely unprofessional.

This company is terrible, they wont work with you at all. Cant even return equipment to them in person, they require it to be shipped to them which is very expensive. Covid restrictions should be lifted!

My call center switched to Broadvoice about a year ago and we have experienced outages over and over again lasting hours to days. During the outages, we've lost business from our customers and referral sources and we've had to pay our staff to be here during the outages. I would not choose Broadvoice.
