Haven't written a review on here in years but these people are forcing me to make my Ali-like return to the ring.I understand every car rental agency sucks. I have to travel almost every weekend for work so I know "reservation" means nothing, they rarely have your car available and generally aren't going to be helpful or show any remorse for screwing you over.Given that baseline wow was this place a piece of work. I reserved the car 12 hours before the scheduled pickup and they said online the car was there. This not being my first rodeo I called to confirm they had the car available and was assured that they did. Spoiler alert- they did not have the car. And when they didn't have the car they explained to me they had not had that car in stock for over a week.

Arnold the manager and Diego the worker for Arnold at this location were very hostile and lied about having cars available. I know when someone is racist and they both are. They both told me that "me and my family weren't special enough to rent a Cadillac SUV". That was not professional behavior. They intentionally discriminated against me and my family. We are polite, patient family who just made a reservation at a location that treats and disrespects African Americans people. So sad and unfortunate that racism is still happening.

Do not expect them to have the car you reserved. They canceled my reservation the night before I planned on picking up my "pre-paid in advance" car rental. Very unhappy customerWill not be going here again or referring to friends & family.

Why is there a guy who is in Tijuana Mexico ??? Answering this budget rental car company ?? Mexican guy lam not giving them any info on myself or card number !!! Don't forget we are in America why is this happening ? Don't trust anyone !

I called today to enquire, not only that I was told that they only take credit or debit(no cash) but I was also told that they will check my credit. Why in the hell would a rental car think they have a right to check consumer's credit report in order to rent a car for couple of days? They're shady like they participate in fraudulent practices. No wonder why they have such low ratings and bad reviews.

It's the second time I've rented a car from here and every time it is absolutely filthy and disgusting. The first time the associate apologized and I had to go get the car washed on my own which they reimbursed. My second time I was in a rush for a trip and had no time to do the same. The car reeked of smoked and I used a whole pack of wipes to wipe the seats down- they were brown dirty rags by the time I got done. There is absolutely no hygienic protocols followed at this car rental.

Rented a car from here from Monday- Thursday. I decided that I was going to keep it a little longer so I called to see how much it would cost. It's an automated system and it gave me something like $70 to return the car later that day so I figured for that price I might as well just return in the next day. I changed the date and time of the return and it told me it would be an extra $70 something and I chose to drop it off at 6pm because my work doesn't close until 5:30. The system accepted the extension and I thought that was that. When I go to drop off the car, the place was already closed. Why does the automated system allow me to pick 6pm for drop off if they aren't going to be open? They ended up charging me for 2 full extra days even though it's their fault I couldn't return the car.

I rented a car and needed to keep it a little longer. I tried to extend it to the end of the day I was originally going to return it but it said I would be charged $70 something for the extra hours. I decided to try and see how much to return the next day at 6pm and it gave me the same total so I went with that one. Little did I know, the place closes at 5pm so I wasn't able to return the car. They charged me for 2 full extra days.
