I really was lucky to find this nail spa! I've been going here for many months. I always schedule my appointments with Tina, although everyone working there is great. My experience there is always relaxing. Tina's work is beautiful, and she is friendly and very professional. The salon is on the second story, next door to Boba Tea.

Why is this spot even still in business I went the other day to get a pedi and I asked for a light nude color the lady gave me this I didn't say anything because I felt bad she's a much older lady and they come here to make a living because they can't elsewhere so I just left as is but when I saw this lady using the tools she uses on me on another client I was appalled by this what I was seeing was unsanitary horrific because there were children in there getting manicures done ! I hope you go out of business I will be reporting you to the health department I hope the owner of this establishment gets it together and I hope these employees are licensed because what is this ? My 5 year old niece would do a much better job and for 50$ for god sake and still be extremely upset because I gave you a 10$ tip like girl tipping is not necessary I don't have to tip you you're gross for using the same tools on other clients without sanitizing properly I will make sure you're place of business is shut down disgusting! You wonder why young women are taking away business from you because of this reasoning they are more likely to not be disgusting and be disrespectful talk about someone in your language how rude I just hope you get better employees !

My go to nail spot in the valley. I was introduced to this salon as a CSUN college student. You get 10% off for showing your student ID (not sure if they still provide this service) I've tried other places closer to me but I always find myself back at Ciel. Great work, prices, and customer service. Easy to make appointments with them. Highly recommend Tom & Tina. Tom did an amazing job on my pedicure. Tina has been doing dip powder on my nails & they've been lasting me upwards of a month with no chips or lifting. I've been able to get my natural nails long & strong thanks to Tina.

I love doing my nails here. I got this gel-x set for valentine's day and Tina always does my nails so well. She's attentive to detail and makes sure that I go out loving her work. She's always sweet with me and doesn't hesitate to fix anything I ask for. The salon is always clean and super welcoming to me. I highly recommend Tina for your nails!
