Service was a bit slow at this location. My promise time was missed by almost 3 hours. Personnel were polite and job was done right but they need to finish on time.

Customer service sucks! The guy named Paul Tanchanco is so rude! I think he doesn't Love his job! Thank you for the younger Paul that helped us. You should teach the older Paul some very good Customer service! Because he has none! Very Sarcastic! We still love costco.

1/15/2025 - My car dashboard tires' indicator went to amber and went to the Costco via an online appointment today.
A quick test indicated a front-left sensor was bad. Thanks for Google Maps - I quickly found and showed a technician the correct sensor (TPMS SENSOR made in Japan) I need by referencing the date 1/6/2023 when my right-rear sensor was replaced. He quickly verified in the Costco system to confirm the correct sensor for my car.
The total cost including tax and labor is $75.00
It would cost me $250 at any authorized car dealer. My Costco Executive annual membership fee has been quickly paid off by just one sensor replacement.
It is worth noting that the front-left sensor has a 12-year life span, and the technician told me the average sensor life span is 8 years! I am glad I did not replace all four sensors on 1/6/2023 because all four sensors had reached to their life span in 2021.
1/6/2023 - At present, the Costco Tire Service Center can replace a defective tire sensor at about 33% of the cost at any Lexus Service Center. It was not possible one year ago because the tire master Taylor worked at a different section within the Costco Northridge. As a result, I was referred to go to other place to get a sensor replacement. I did go to Firestone Complete Auto Care one week ago and was asked to pay for a diagnostic fee at $48 first before a defective sensor will be found for an estimate of a price of a replacement.
Today, it took Costco a few minutes to find a defective sensor (RR) by using a
ATEQ VT56 - OBD TPMS Diagnostic Tool on each tire for a few seconds at no charge (see the photo for your reference.)
The Costco also provides one year warranty including parts and labor.
Thank you Taylor for your return so that an additional service can be provided at a much lower price. That's another value to be a Costco member.
Note: The Costco used the original TPMS sensor made in Japan today because the Dill OEM sensor (See a photo for your reference) can't be detected by ATEQ VT56.

Erick at the Costco tire shop at Northridge went above and beyond to help me with my car battery issue. He took the time to explain and helped to choose the right battery, even though it was past closing time. He never rushed me! I am so grateful that he was the one who helped me- I hope he gets the recognition he deserves... Excellent service!!

Very poor service. Doesn’t know what they’re doing even though I already explained in details what is my problem. My tire that was in question was inside the back seat of my car and I explained it in words and in writing and still did not take care of it even though it’s still on warranty…
In the end, they told me to go to Van Nuys because that’s where I got my tires after 3 hours of waiting!!!
Costco Van Nuys took care of my problem so fast that made me more mad at the people in northridge Costco. What a waste of time going there

Bought a car battery. Great price. The only problem is that they don't install it for you.

Terrible. Bought a battery, two months later dead. New "prorated" policy left me $36 poorer, plus over thirty minutes waiting at the counter for the transaction. Happy to be buying less and less from Costco these days.

Didn't disappoint. Service good, fast and fairly priced. The only suggestion I could make was more customer service in the front to minimize waiting.
