Horrible customer service. Asked to use a fitting room and waited for over ten minutes just for no one to show up. Also waited to see some shoes and was ghosted. Very disappointing.

What a complete disappointment. Zero fishing gear to be found, but if you want an ugly Stanley cup there's about a thousand of those in display. What a waste of retail space. The store manager should be fired.

I like Dicks, I really like this Dicks. I primary do Dicks now over CHICKs because it has a better selection for me. Great staff. Amazingly clean. I come here every day now

I had a wonderful experience, Jessica helped me in apparel. I was looking for some specific items for cold weather and she showed me so many great options she was welcoming from the moment I asked her for help! Beautiful welcoming smile and knew her department very well.

Great store but they barely have any snow sports related items. They have a few north face fleece and NON-snow sport jackets. A few gloves. No helmets. No skis. No snowboards. No goggles. This is NOT your winter sports store. Great for fishing, hiking, baseball, football, soccer, cycling, running.

Had a wonderful experience today.
Needed help picking out golf balls for a gift. Dylan G was AMAZING. So patient, knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Corrina checked me out and she was lovely I. Elijah too.
Overall, a wonderful experience. Friendly staff. Great selection.

They have a lot of options and items, but they only had 1 person working in the bike/rollerblades area and there were 4 people waiting for 1 staff member to assist in that area. They don't seem to send anyone else to that area when there is a queue. Thankfully, one of the workers we asked did come and assist us in checking the roller blade boxes up on the top shelves after we stopped a 2nd worker.

I called this store after seeing online that they had a Dodgers hat I wanted in stock. I was assured they had it since their system indicated there were several hats in my size. When I got to the store and asked about the hat, they had none. In any size. The manager told me it was 'probably because they were all stolen.' I couldn't believe it. Not only did the manager not seem to care that his inventory was being stolen, he also didn't seem to care to update the store's system or website to inform customers - willing to pay - what they're actual inventory is.

I showed up to pick up an order I made online, and had to wait over 15 minutes to even get any service even though I was the only one in the online queue. No fault to the employees, they were all very friendly, but this location appeared to be severely understaffed. Whoever owns this location needs to hire way more people.

Didn’t receive a survey so I can put my input so I decided to come on here and say Adan is what makes a location truly different!! A1 customer service, goes that extra mile for customers and interacts. I can say I was there maybe about two weeks ago and his service left a mark that I had to come here. Coming from cs this is a guy who you want to give a higher position to!
