Usually this location is great but the new staff could use some training. They block the aisles then have a nasty attitude when you say excuse me I need to pass. Customer service is horrible. Elizabeth was very nice.

Based on my personal experience, cashier AMA was extremely rude and dishonest.

The store is ok not the best but the workers suck and are rude, there is a cashier named Sophia who purposely input 5 cash items which I never even picked out when I clearly put down food items
And the manager is rude when i ask where certain items are at lies and says they aren't in stock or will repeat the question back to me in a loud tone
The employees all suck lmao ?

An economy class store, there is almost everything from chips and candies to tools for home repairs, gardening, painting, etc. The low price corresponds to the quality of the goods. There are also good goods here, but you have to look for them, instead of just going in, seeing and buying. All in all, an interesting chain of stores.

I came in earlier to purchase a few Christmas bags and boxes. I was pretty satisfied with my purchase but kind of surprised at how Elizabeth and Jose (management) handled a situation with a cash paying customer. Even the cashier that rang me up Amal seemed apologetic about the whole interaction. I stayed in my lane and didn't really say much as the customer spoke up for herself. She was frustrated that there was no signage stating they didn't accept cash. Then once at the register management were very dismissive about her concern. Ok, I went home and the Christmas boxes were too small :/ I decided to go back and exchange them for bags instead. As soon as I walk through the door, Elizabeth proceeds to direct my way that they don't do returns. Mind you, she was still in the middle of ringing up another customer. I told Elizabeth that I wasn't in a rush and would wait for it to be my turn. At this point, I am shocked at the lack of customer service that they have shown throughout the night. Again, she states they don't do returns so if I wanted I could exchange. That was my initial purpose however I didn't need as many bags as I did boxes and this store does not even offer store credit. I proceeded to grab food items and stop arguing with this lady. She then shouts from the register to the chip aisle that I would have to pay extra as food does not charge taxes. at this point, I'm just annoyed. I told her I would pay the difference. So end of story, I bought $30 worth of small bag chips, Christmas bags and a gum. I wouldn't have had an issue as rules as rules but geez...someone needs to offer some training to Jose and Elizabeth.

You can come out of dollar tree spending $1 or spending $50 on stuff you don't need. The sad thing is all dollar trees are understaffed and then the customers get frustrated at the employees when it's not their fault. They have good party supplies and stocking stuffers

11:30 AM - on Dec 4, 2023. The black kid working the register please give him a raise. I never met such an honest young man. I had a $20 bill and a $1 bill with some change in my hand. I bought some paper clips for $1 and change. I handed him the $20 and the 40 cent change I had and walked out thinking I handed him the $1. It took me 3 mins to realize this while starting my car engine. I walked back into the store and he literally had the register open waiting for me. VERY RESPECTFUL AND HONEST KID. Give him a raise or your store will lose a lot of money.

A good option with cheap prices and quality products. I went for kitchen and cleaning supplies and they have an interesting range of products. Buy and be satisfied.
