Friendly Clean Store, rude manager Mariodude yelling at employees in front of us customers, lack of respect, take it back-stage

I will never be shopping here again. The “MANAGER” Mario let a man cut me in line. As I proceeded to ask the man why he cut me, he ignored me. The cashier saw him cut me and said nothing. The manager allowed the man to curse at me as I stood up for myself for being cut. The crazy thing is, my first thought when I walked in was wow I’ve never seen a store so packed. As a manager, the least you could do is punish someone for breaking a rule that isnt normalized in society? The man was getting so violent while screaming on my face, and as a woman, the manager was dead wrong because if it was his mother or any woman relative he has getting treated like that he definitely wouldn’t have stayed quiet. Mario is a racist because I came to him afterwards and asked him why he did nothing and said because he didn’t want to get “killed”. (HIS WORDS, my Best Friend is a witness) Wow that really speaks volumes to how he viewed 2 PEOPLE OF COLOR arguing. His mindset was literally was “This has nothing to do with me in a store that I manage.” How silly does that thought process seem? I will be writing a letter to the corporate office. Thats how serious this altercation was as I feared for my safety as well as others. 0 stars.

Manager Manny won't accept returning item for refund or exchange. Not customer friendly, not trained properly. Casher attitude problem, no Christmas exchange either. Will not recommend public to spend money at this store. Overall bad service.

Went to dollar tree after having dinner with my husband and stepdaughter. Went down the aisle to get something and a step stool and a cart were blocking half the aisle. My stepdaughter is in a wheelchair so my husband moved the cart out of the way so she can get thru. There was no one around so the cart was just sitting there. We heard someone saying "At least put that cart back if you're going to move it". In a way I would of but the way she said it was so rude. I went up to her and said "We didn't know someone was using it since it's just blocking the aisle and just sitting there. To my surprise, I noticed it was an employee. I explained why we moved it but she just said "Put it back" I told her not to be so rude and not to block the aisle when you're having people walking around and someone in a wheelchair wants to get thru. I asked for a manager and she said "I'm the manager" I was shocked! Now, it makes sense why the store is so dirty and so unorganized.

Great place! Managers are great! The cashiers are always nice and the store is pretty neat compared to the others I’ve been too!

This store is amazingly organized and neat.I enjoyed waking around. You can find everything you need without asking staff...The Mng. Is doing his job well.I give to this store and customer servicethe highest store...10,10,10,10.Excellent ❤️Thanks

Beware of these rude and unprofessional associates who thrive on being nasty to customers! I know it's hard to find good help but dollar tree this is not the answer . Hiring for desperation. These types of people will lose customers for you ! They don't care for the client. I understand it's Valentine's Day but to treat people as though they don't matter is not ok . Remember your stores survive on customers. A simple im so sorry unfortunately we are sold out would have been ok . But to look at your customers and treat them as though we are garbage is not ok . There names were Ben and America . It's so sad that this younger generation feels as though they are above everyone and everything. It's crazy to see what the future is leading up to . So much arrogance and hate over asking them questions as though I'm disturbing them at work . . Do better dollar tree associates!

Nice store, excellent customer service. It would be better if they had more personnel. When I visited the store there was only one cashier.

It's exactly what I pictured inside and I thought the store was full of good products.The aisles were fully stocked and organized.The store front had Valentine's Day theme.I came in there for one product and found it right away. I came in there looking for a waste basket. I do think the plastic section for containers is extremely cheap in price and quality. I don't believe anyone will judge me if they ever see my waste basket in my bathroom. It's so thin for real.02/08/2023

Today I went DT Tampa - Nordhoff (see on picture the time)... I knew I have $20 crumble in my pocket. When I bought stuff in total $8.67 and I want to separate the bills with other purchased. So I pay with cash and he gave me $1.33 return. I said I gave him $20 and he insisted it was $10. How come the money that I knew I put inside my pocket was disappeared become $10 bill? I didn't blind for the color and I know its blue... He don't even showed me the cash money that was crumble. I hope the manager could check the camera because I know it was my $20 but since I was didnt in the other side So he knows I didnt see what he's doing.I ended up calling the store in the AM and spoke to the today's Manager. Gladly he saw the proved on their CCTV and immediately called me and gave me the right amount of change($$). Thank you to the manager. Because of that manager, I wanted to go back to the store again. 5 star for the manager

This one used to be good, but ... wow. What is going on there? I stopped in to use a one-day only Friends & Family coupon on 10.9.2022. The manager couldn't figure out how to enter the coupon, complained loud & long about how she had already failed with another customer, this was her 1st day back, no one had told her about this coupon. Etc. Mostly that it was her 1st day back & apparently this REALLY cheesed her off.So, while the line grew to about 5 or 6 people behind me & she never seemed to think of asking the cashier to open another register so those other customers didn't have to wait, she just kept complaining & punching buttons. After about 5 solid minutes of this complaining & the line just growing & growing, I pulled out the 7 items I didn't really want, but was picking up to meet the minimum of the coupon. I said, "Well, if you can't figure it out, I will just take these 3 items & leave these people to their day." She said, "These?" and took them off, then processed my payment. Never once did she apologize to me or any of the customers on line, offer a solution or seem to care. Then her jaw dropped open when I said I would take the coupon, in case I went to another Dollar Tree & they could figure it out. I'm not sure why she was put out by that.And that's pretty much how your shopping experience will go at the Dollar Tree these days, esp. at this site. It's as if Dollar Tree's board got together & asked: how can we best lose customers? Well, let's raise out prices by 25% or more, issue coupons our staff can't figure out & hire only testy people. "I'm gonna do that!"
