Horrible customer service, rude sales girl at the cash register wouldn't even give the time of day when I needed to ask a question. Sales clerk wanted to close the door on me, I kept waving my arms saying I have a question and she kept being rude and telling me it was closed.. I arrived at 7:58 pm unaware closing was 8pm and the attendant wouldn’t even give me the time of day.. drove 30min to get attitude…

Wish they had more than one or 2 checkout cashiers which can create waiting in line holding multiple pairs of shoes for 10-15 mins. Not easy for those of us with arthritic hands, weak knees and no place to sit and still must wait your turn. 🫤Be warned... No bags to hold multiple pairs of shoes unless you pay $1.00 for a large paper shopping bag I believe, and that only holds 2 maybe 3 pairs of shoes. Maybe bring in a shopping cart from the always busy grocery store and shop in comfort😉
You would think they would encourage multiple purchases.
Doesn't stop me from donating old shoes and getting $5 reward points limited to donating once a week. Also lots of choices for womens' tennis shoes.

It's as overwhelming as always. We had to walk up and down the aisles, looking for a particular brand of shoes. There wasn't any help on the floor, so we took longer than we thought we would. My friend did find the shoes she was looking for and a nice handbag.

Great place to shop but terrible costumer service. Took my mom shopping and at the door she had realized she was missing her receipt. Went back to the chinese cashier girl and she was completely rude about it and would lie saying that getting the receipt was impossible. We were there for minutes until she finally gave us the receipt. She even tried assisting another costumer while we tried getting help. Should’ve asked for a manager but we were feeling nice!

Big place with definitely a lot of shoes, but not too good quality (cheaper models) and rather expensive. Higher prices than in brand outlets.

Came here today for an online order that I had place last week and I was getting a bit nervous that I wasn't receiving any emails letting me know it when it had arrived at the store. Today was the day! So I made it in to the Northridge location. Parking shared with other businesses and can be packed if you come during the peak hours. Otherwise, I did find myself one of those "compact" parking spots for my wrangler :) Once I got in, I did have to wait about 15-20 minutes before they got another cashier to assist in the front as the line was growing. The process was easy once I provided the cashier with my order number. I was able to try them on but unfortunately, they fit a tad bit big and I didn't find a replacement that I can exchange at the store. So sad because my Christmas party is this week and I really wanted new comfy black low heels pumps. May check out another location tomorrow just in case I run into the perfect pumps! Prices are reasonable and they were handing out a $5 off coupon today in store so that was plus! Overall, nice location clean restroom and big spacey area for you to walk around and try on shoes!
