“Super impressed with We Care Urgent Care. After going to Exer and seeing the wait time would be 3 hours +, I decided to find another Urgent Care and discovered We Care Urgent Care.
Registered online as a new patient and saw Dr. Green within 15-20 minutes!
Dr. Green and the entire staff were caring, informative, and took the time to understand my medical needs.
Not that I'm anxious to return, but I told my husband that if we need urgent care services, this is the place to go from now on.

I've been with Dr. Fatima for many years and I find her to be a very thorough Dr., very attentive, listens, & doesn't always prescribe medication right away but alternative methods, which I really like.”

“I am only 37 but I see lines in my forehead and by my mouth. Not only Dr Sherman put me at easy with talking to me because I was so nervous because I’ve had Botox in the past but not as much as I had this time around I am loving my results everyday I see these little lines go away more and more the instructions did say it takes about 12 days to see the full effect and as the days are passing by I am loving this more and more for sure will be back to see Dr Sherman in 2 or 3 months because I will up keep my young looking face always now ”

“I am very much grateful and satisfied with the service that I received in this exer urgent care. I had ear infection and I went two times in one day (Sunday) to that center for my two ears. Ms. Mary, Ms. Tiffany and Dr. Long, helped a lot. I have been they’re for almost 1 hour in morning and another 1 hour in the evening. Doctor constantly checked my ears and Ms. Tiffany took care of the medications that I need. I got appropriate medications and even doctor in the evening gave me another medication. I do not know how to express my appreciation feeling to them. So I decided to write this review. Thanks a lot to all of you that work well from the bottom of your hearth to help your patients.”

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time today, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience.The clinic's location is perfect, and there's ample free parking available. That may seem like a minor detail, but trust me, when you've dealt with the parking nightmares at other medical facilities, you'll appreciate this as much as we did.One thing that really stood out to us was the punctuality. We were taken in right on time, and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. That's practically unheard of in today's world of healthcare! “Dr James has been very helpful, she seems overworked. The staff is sometimes good, it sometimes is difficult getting an appointment. Covid is currently a factor. As to type of care, I have gotten all the referrals I needed for tests which I very much appreciate.”
“I have been going to see my doctor, Nurse Practitioner Norinda Kremicki for over 20 years. I have been very happy with the service I have received over the years. She is competent and very pleasant in her bedside manner. She cares about you and has always been very involved in my care. She has referred me to some excellent doctors. She has become our family doctor.I have also seen several of the other doctors in the office and they have been very helpful in diagnosing medical issues and then referring out to specialists.Wait times in the waiting room can range from 5 to 20 minutes, but it's a doctors office. What else would you expect? Waiting room is never never filled to the brim like my orthopaedic doctor's office. Nursing staff is always pleasant and caring.My only gripe is that within the last year when you call the office, the call gets directed to a call center far away.I recommend this office of Health Care Partners.”
