My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time today, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience.The clinic's location is perfect, and there's ample free parking available. That may seem like a minor detail, but trust me, when you've dealt with the parking nightmares at other medical facilities, you'll appreciate this as much as we did.One thing that really stood out to us was the punctuality. We were taken in right on time, and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. That's practically unheard of in today's world of healthcare! So it’s nice to see Dr. Arasheben's respect for his patients' time.As far as the appointment itself, Dr. Arasheben listened attentively to our concerns, took the time to address each issue thoroughly, provided us with great medical advice/feedback and referred us to the appropriate specialist when necessaryYou’re not walking into the most modern or flashy looking building, but you are walking out with quality care and I find that way more valuable.Based off our initial visit, my husband and I felt reassured, cared for, and confident that we're in good hands. “I came in skeptical of the practice due to reviews but I my need of relief overcame the skeptisim.The receptionist was very nice and warm. She made the check in easy even if they didn't take my insurance. It was worth the 135 dollars. The nurse who took my vitals was amazing. She asked what was my reason for visiting and what concerns I had. I didn't have to wait too long. I went in roughly 6:40pm and came out 8:10 pm. If I had went to the E.R I would've spend hours just waiting. As for the attending doctor,I think her name might have been Christine. She was amazing. She helped me where 3 other doctors failed to hear me out. Same day relief and listened to my concerns in regards to our plan of attack for my stubborn ear infection that I had ongoing for four months. I know now where to go if I have any problems where the E.R or my primary cant/ won't resolve. Will be reccomending to anyone that needs urgent care.”

“That is my primary doctor’s office, I was introduced to the weight loss program using the Ozempic injection. They have carefully kept an eye on me weekly. I go in there for my weight and measurements. Checking vitals and follow up with the doctors. It’s been wonderful their very friendly prompt to listen to any situation, you may be facing. For me because they are my primary doctors. Of course it’s to see if anything is going on other than the weight loss program. I highly recommend this clinic. They are patient and address all issues very thoroughly. The attending nurse Jenny is an amazing person, very caring & quick to assist the patients with anything beyond her duties to help.Can’t say enough about the whole team there!!!❤️”

“The best visit I have had with a Physician for over 20 years. Dr Feher went over every lab value and explained what it meant, his physical exam was thorough with an explanation of what he was checking. He looked in my nose and ears, identifying build up of junk in one my ears. He got his tool out and removed substances from my ear that immediately improved my hearing. I like to stay up with my health and greatly concerned with my prostate, since two of my brothers have had advanced prostate cancer, also I have an issue with hemorrhoids and back pain (which I was seeing Dr Feher for), so I was surprised with the complete physical. You really don't know what a physician should do until you visit Dr. Feher, I rarely post anything on yelp, but this was an experience. Thank God for old school medicine!”

“The Encino office is one of my favorite. It's located in the plaza where AAA in the valley use to be. This location has a lab for blood work, primary care physicians and imaging. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The building and rooms are very clean. *There is a parking lot in the building (free validation if you eat or order to go at the cafe) *Metered Parking on the streets”

“I recently started coming here for dental services after bad experiences at my previous provider. First of all, they are so fast! I've had two appointments so far, for an exam and for a cleaning. Both times, they called me in within 5 minutes of checking in and I managed to get in and out within the hour. This is a huge step up from my previous office where I used to wait hours just to be seen. Additionally, all of the staff is so nice and helpful, and Dr. Summers is a super nice guy! Everyone made me feel comfortable and they checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable as they were working on my teeth. They don't try to sell you on unnecessary procedures or products like my last provider did. Also, I got so lucky that several of the techs who worked at my old office (before it became Western Dental) now work here at VCH! They recognized me instantly (even with a mask lol) and I'm just so grateful that I get to continue working with the lovely ladies who treated me growing up. Amazing staff!”

“Dr. Vaisman is an excellent physician in that she is very knowledgeable, skilled, and she listens also. I know she takes as much time as I have questions. She caught my diabetes immediately, 3 years ago, and listened when I said after a year that I couldn't tolerate the side effects of the medication, and helped me remedy that. She is caring and open -minded, never arrogant. I believe she has gone way above and beyond to assist me in going from diabetes back to pre-diabetes. I highly recommend Dr. Sofia Vaisman.”

“I have been going to see my doctor, Nurse Practitioner Norinda Kremicki for over 20 years. I have been very happy with the service I have received over the years. She is competent and very pleasant in her bedside manner. She cares about you and has always been very involved in my care. She has referred me to some excellent doctors. She has become our family doctor.I have also seen several of the other doctors in the office and they have been very helpful in diagnosing medical issues and then referring out to specialists.Wait times in the waiting room can range from 5 to 20 minutes, but it's a doctors office. What else would you expect? Waiting room is never never filled to the brim like my orthopaedic doctor's office. Nursing staff is always pleasant and caring.My only gripe is that within the last year when you call the office, the call gets directed to a call center far away.I recommend this office of Health Care Partners.”
