The problem with these people is an absolute refusal to WANT to help resolve problems. Whoever "delivers" packages from this center is a lazy POS who refuses to do his job. He lies about attempted deliveries and I have actual pics of him stopping near my apartment (probably just for his trucks GPS log), parking for 5 minutes without getting out of the car, and then LEAVING and writing "no one was home to accept delivery). And if you try to contact this center, forget it. There's no phone number at all to reach them. So I drove all the way there to tell them about it and waited 2 hours to talk to a manager who then refused to release my package to me. FedEx has the most expensive prices and this is how they treat their customers. As you can see from every other review, their drivers have a pattern of just being lazy and not doing their jobs and clearly no one has any Interest in fixing this problem. Hopefully FedEx goes out of business someday.

Totally disappointed with this place. Gave it one star since I don't have a choice, but I did luck out when I got there. The place was empty on a Saturday after Christmas. The location totally throws you off too since it's located in an industrial area. I came over to return a pair of shoes I got online. I forgot to grab packing tape at home on the way out. I did have a roll of painters tape in case of emergencies. I get inside and the place is empty. They have no tape except for one $9 roll of tape that wasn't even going to be enough for my entire box. Eventually a woman came out from the back. I asked her if they had any tape I could borrow or a larger roll of packing tape I could use. Her only reply was no. So I took out my roll of painter's tape and went at it. Mind you, as I was going to town on my shoebox a customer came in. She stood there helping the other customer and watching me the entire time. I then proceeded to the line to drop off. When I get back to the front of the line she then so nicely tells me that I can't use painter's tape to mail a package. I asked her why as I've literally covered the entire box twice over with tape to ensure it doesn't open up. She tells me it's their protocol since it's not secure. I ask her what else can I do since they have nothing here for me to use. I mean really what kind of shipping center has no tape to use or purchase. She says she'll take it this one time but they won't take responsibility if it opens on the way to its final location. Pro tip: don't assume that they have tape even if it's a "shipping center".

Fedex doesn't deliver packages. The delivery puts noone to receive packages 2 days in a row and leaves. I have been home both days waiting to the stupid packages. Noone attempted delivery. Wow.

I stopped by this FedEx ship center to pick up an item that we kept missing during delivery. This place doesn't have that many parking spots but it wasn't an issue when I came. I walked inside and there was only 1 person working. I give them the fedex slip that they left for pickup and showed him my ID. He then went to the back to get my package. The process was simple and I was out of there within 5 minutes.

This location is filled with lazy stupid people who do not do anything to help customers. If it were their items or package, they would move their feet but since it's not they are insensitive, incompetent people. The drivers lie and steal package.

Very bad service, rude. You are lucky if you actually get your delivery. They often don't deliver and return to their center. Not the sharpest people working here. The dull clerk is staring at you like he's high or something. They fight with customers, stupidest faces I've seen in a while

Luisa- you are a gem, she knows how to treat others. Jose- that's a different story. I had to pick up my perishable order since the driver did not even make an attempt to deliver it properly. Showed Jose the my leasing agreement on my phone which is what I showed at my previous visit- since my ID has not been updated. He stated they cannot look at anything on the phone. I then asked him if any documentation would work- he literally said he doesn't want to help me and that I can just wait for the manager to free up (which is 30 mins) because "he doesn't want to deal with it".. thankfully I came back and Luisa assisted me and she was so kind about it.

The reason for the 1 star review is for the terrible service. The driver never delivered my order to Sherman Oaks. He would put that no one was there without knocking on the door and checking. I was there everyday so that's how I knew he was lying and being lazy. This package was very expensive and it only ended up delaying things. Never ordering anything that ships with FedEx.

On the phone, You can NOT talk to a human being, no matter what. This is no reflection of this specific location, but their whole customer service policy of not being able to talk to a representative on the phone is absolutely ludicrous and ridiculous In my own language, it's complete b*******. A Karen might say that this is unacceptable. And it is!Everything is automated, and you keep getting the same error message that a representative does not have any further information. Sometimes you just need to talk to a frigg'n representative. And with Fed Ex, you can't. There should be some kind of bypass, or an option, where when you really need to talk to a human being, you can.

Liars! I ordered a luxury watch through The Watchbox (Who deserves 5 stars.) and it was shipped overnight though FedEx. The next morning I excitedly wait all day for my package to arrive, constantly checking status updates. As the day wore on my hope began to wane. I decided to call their customer service line to find out where my package could be. They inform me that a delivery attempt was made but they received no response from me. How could this be!? I ask them if they can contact the driver and tell him I am home and they should return. But no they say, the office closes it's doors at 6pm and they are sending all of their drivers back to home base. They keep telling me since I MISSED my delivery I will have to wait until Monday for it to be delivered again. I explained I missed nothing I was home all day and their driver is a liar. I don't even have the "sorry we missed you" slip. But the people at the call center are completely sympathetic. Finally I have them get in touch with the main hub where my package is going to be held. I ask if I can just come and pick up my package. They decline saying their files say the package must be received via delivery with a signature and I cannot pick it up. After much back and forth and some light yelling on my part they finally relent. That Saturday I drive down to their shipping center to get my prize! As I'm sitting in my car looking through my items to make sure everything is in order I hear a notification ding on my phone. "Successful Delivery!" it reads. Liars!

I was trying to return an item with labels provided by the Company product people and at this main Fed Ex center byN Hollywood! She was nice but did not solve my concern But the guy at the Santa Monica' Blvd next toma coffee shop! Just handled it without excuses That is superb Service Thanks

So they forgot to scan my package and now they can't find my order. They even want to know what's inside the package which is total invasion of privacy. I think the staff here needs to be retrained on how to handle packages and how to deal with customers. There is totally no service satisfaction here.
