Yet another TERRIBLE experience at Office Depot. In need of replacement printer cartridges, I went to the Office Depot website. Found the proper cartridges and wanted to pick them up at the store. After hours of chat online and searching, I decided to go to the store and was sure they would help me. NO and NOPE. The manager, Gregory, was irritated and condescending. With a nasty snarl on his face; he suggested he would help me with an online purchase. I needed the cartridges today as the printer wouldn't work without it. At that point with his nasty stare, I threw my arms up and walked out. I found them cheaper on AMAZON. What has happened to service today. I have spent at least 100k at office depot over the past 35 years.

They don't carry a variety of paper. Was looking for engineering/computation paper and they didn't have anything other than copy paper or lined paper, and they only had wide ruled graph paper. Every time I have to shops at this location I need to chase down an employee because they hide from customers

Nicole Vargas provided me with excellent customer service. She went above and beyond. She explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back thank you Nicole.

Terrible store, if I could give a no star review I would. We placed an order with the printing department. They called my wife told her the order was ready, we show up to the store and no bossy knows anything about the order. I give them her name number and anything else they asked and they couldn't find it. Cashier even doubted me making sure I placed it In the correct store, so I get a a little closer to the printing each order shelf and find the order in about 5 seconds. Honestly we have came here 3 times for badge printing services and every time it's something. I encourage others to seek a different location.

I went to this store today and had a horrible experience. Cashier Julie was being extremely rude. I felt like she was not only being rude but racist as well because she kept ignoring me and just helped the Hispanic patrons. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he said his name was Fernando. He had no skills to de-escalate the situation. I really don't think he is the manager or has the qualifications to be the manager. He had no training whatsoever to listen to customers. Kept acting like a know it all and didn't even bother listening to customers. He kept saying that I had no right to feel like how I was feeling. If I felt like I was racially targeted, that's how I felt ! He didn't even bother to listen. He kept saying maxicans are more racially targeted. He was arragont, rude and no customer service skills. He said get out of my store and stood by the door. This is to a long-time business customer who has done thousands of dollars of business.But Imagine if there was a trained manager here, instead of this Racist Fernando, who could have simply listened to the customer's complaint, apologized, talked to the cashier later on and handled the situation. All of this could have been avoided.

This rating is specifically for the printing department. I really patient to get some pictures printed. It took three days and I went over what I needed a couple of times with a new employee. I get people make mistakes but I had to make two trips to the location and my order still wasn't fully finished. I was thankfully accommodated by the manager. She was very apologetic and she was gracious toward me fortunately.

Franny and Kristina helped me track down Avery products that I desperately needed for the holidays, pulled the stock for me and had it waiting behind the counter when I walked in. They even went "above and beyond" by pulling a selection of pop sockets because I had mentioned in passing on the phone that I needed a new one.THIS IS SERVICEThis is why we need brick and mortar stores where service is more than 800 number and a 30 minute hold.THANK YOU to the Northridge Office Depot for reminding us what a great retailer is all about!

I have been coming to this store over the years. So far, my shopping experience is great!!! Sales associates are polite and accommodating. The store is quiet except there's a line to have something printed. But it was fast though. Plenty of parking lots. The store was neat and fully stocked. Lots of good deals as well.

SCAMMERS!!! Do not buy from this store ever if you don't want to get robbed!!! Tracie Parsons the General Manager gave the worst customer service. I paid for a $500 Visa gift card from this store. It was declined when I tried to use it. I found out the card was not loaded and was not activated via the Visa gift card customer service. I was advised by the Visa customer service to go back to the store so they can help me fix it. But all Tracie Parson told me is that as far as Office Depot is concerned, they have activated the card and that there is nothing they can do about it. She sent mehome with an empty, zero balance gift card that I paid $500 for. It's just the worst experience. Parsons even said that she "doesnt know" where all the cards I have came from inciting that I am scamming them?? How dare she when I have the printed receipts that have the card numbers matched on it. How can a store treat a customer like this??? I have all the receipts, I called Visa customer service in front of her but she wanted nothing to do with it. She didnt care if she sold me an empty zero balance card and charged $500 for it. WHAT A SCAM. I know this can be resolved because the Visa Customer Service told me that the store only has to call them to resolve the issue and have the card loaded but Tracie Parsons does not want to do anything about it. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB as this is a very UNFAIR practice. I FEEL ROBBED. I want to warn you guys to NEVER BUY FROM THIS BRANCH. As a proof I attach the PAID receipt of the gift card and the card itself. You can call the Visa customer service at the back of the card at 888-524-1284 to verify that the card indeed is unloaded, unactivated and empty. Don't let this store SCAM you.
