I came to this location for a complete vehicle inspection. I wanted to ensure the vehicle I brought in for service passed so that it could be used for business transportation services. The estimated service time, I was told, would be one to two hours, depending on whether I needed a new tire. Jose, my service technician, returned in less than an hour and reported that the vehicle passed all inspections. I did not need a new tire, saving me business expenses. I was delighted with the service provided to my vehicle and myself. I will return here for service in the future, should my vehicle need it.

Had a great experience here today getting new tires for my car. This has been my go-to spot for basic maintenance over the years and it’s one of the few corporate owned chains that don’t make you feel like you’re being taken advantage of. Natalie was super helpful in providing the correct service and the best possible price, and Tomik the tech took time to explain things to me in detail. In a world where customer service is in a decline, I’m glad there are still people like Natalie and Tomik around to help.

Had a 3 pm appointment for an oil change its not 530 not ready. A 30 min oil change has keep me here for 3 hours. Jiffyloube up the street changes 20 dollars more but does it in 15 mins. I use to like fire stone but i will not use them again. 3 hours waisted in summer heat. I am mad

Took 5 hours to get 2 tires changed and an alignment. Alignment isn't straight and apparently they took my car for a joyride considering the mpg and previous drive information on my car

Got my tires put on and got the life time balance and alignment it want that much more then paying to have it only done once figured it would be worth it I've taken it a few times usually before a long trip and since I live pretty close I'll stop by every once in a while just to check the tire pressure they never complain always great customer service and happy to help never had any issues

All staff were very professional, and most accommodating !
What I was most impressed with was the honesty, and integrity of advisors who could have easily upcharged me for wiper blades that I didn't need, instead I left it up to the service advisor to make that decision !!
He instructed that the blades were in good shape and not in need of replacement !
This IS why I continue to get my MBZ serviced at Firestone. My children living out of state have also benefited from my credit card and recently purchased and had mounted 4 new tires on both of their vehicles.

I was towed in due to a flat tire from something I ran over on the FWY. Larry (Lawrence) was my service person, and he did a complete inspection of not only the tire that was damaged but also inspected all of my tires. He recommended replacing a tire that was worn, offered and explained the need for road hazard coverage for each of the two new tires that I purchased. And recommended the lifetime wheel alignment, which because of the time spent driving will definitely help with the wear and tear on my tires and suspension.
Of course, I was reluctant to absorb the cost of replacing more than one tire, but after thinking about the long-term cost of maintenance I felt it was worth the extra cost.
My husband no wants to check out Firestone for his tires.
