One of the best Firestones I've been too.
The employees were very friendly, quick and helpful. Fred was fun to talk to as well. Will definitely be returning to this location for future maintenance.

This Firestone location is the best one I have been to. Isidro was extremely helpful and kind when it came to helping me fix my car. He was so patient and gave me updates on when my car would be ready and when I could pick it up. I’ve been to many Firestones and he was the best service advisor I have had!

I went in as a follow-up to a tire-pressure indicator that had not reset itself. While there, Alexis took the initiative to check my battery. Although I had been in for full servicing a few months prior and the battery was fine at that time, is was measurably weaker on this recent visit. He explained that since I had purchased the battery at Firestone, and it was still under the 3-year warranty, I could have a brand new one installed the same day for only $30! The normal full price is just under $200. It's hard to say how much I appreciate him taking the initiative and saving me so much money. At this Firestone location, the service is above and beyond what you expect.

Scheduled for oil change. 6 bay open, 4 tech were sitting on bench busy talking.... waited for more than an hour. If I didn't ask for what's going on, I would probably need to wait another hour before my car got pulled into the empty ( open) bay.
Saw another two technicians busy talking to another young lady for more than 15 minutes. I thought one of the technicians could work on my car.
I am afraid that the service quality was very poor.

Fred goes above and beyond to make customers happy! He listens and is friendly and competent! Adrian is very helpful too! This is the place to get tires!!

Even 1 star is too many went to the fire stone in northridge with 3 pm oil change appointment its now 5:30 and my car is not ready. So it will be a 3 hour oil change with an appointment. This is rediculous. Its not worth saving 10-20 bucks just go to juffy lube or valvoline. 15 mins your dont. This is the worse experience i have ever had. Avoid this place .
