I hate this foot locker. I tried to return shoes and they said they “didn’t have money” so they just took the shoes and didn’t give me money. Don’t come to this foot locker unless u want to get scammed

So apparently at The Footlocker in Northridge mall, they require an email for a purchase. I told the clerk I wasn’t comfortable sharing that info and she said she couldn’t complete the purchase without one. This was after I already ran my cc for the $150 Uggs (at 7:30pm on Saturday 9/28). I had also purchased Air Jordan’s at the kids Foot Locker a few stores down and they had no issue with me not wanting to provide an email. I then spoke with the manager and she said it was their policy. I then inquired, ‘you’re ok with losing a sale and a customer over an email’, she smiled and said ‘you’re free to shop somewhere else. So…I walked down a few stores and purchased the Uggs at Journey’s and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
It blows my mind that an organization as big as them are willing to turn customers away over an email. Oh well, I’ll never make another purchase at Foot Locker again.

During 4th of July shopping, i needed shoes to go on my first ever date. A young man named leo helped me find shoes for my first ever date. Hope to see him again next time i shop.

Store closes at 7p, I made it at 6:59p. I get it, it's super last minute but all I had was a shirt exchange so I figured it'll be super quick. Daniel was standing by the entrance area and stated "we're closed". I mentioned to him it's not 7p yet and I have a quick exchange, it won't take long. He again repeated to say "we're closed", I then asked for a Manager. He stated he is the Manager. I mentioned how is it your closed already when it's not 7p, I told him it will be a quick visit. He finally approved, during this back and forth I could have already grabbed what was needed and be out by 7p. I was out by 7:03p, and mentioned it to Daniel as he was impatiently waiting to close the doors. I also thanked him and apologized for going over 3 minutes. He said nothing back, I then asked for his name twice, he still did not answer back, finally the third time he replied back. I have background with training employees of customer service skills, Daniel has major opportunities, especially being he's a Manager. He was rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, lack of passion, and did not show a hint of empathy. The intent of this post is not to have any consequence of a write up, mainly it's to bring awareness and to have someone train him as he may not be aware of his approach.

I went in to check if they had the panda Nike dunks but unfortunately they only had the spring color Nike dunks. The staff member let me know that they sell out of those pretty quickly. She offered other suggestions at other locations that might have them in stock. I thought that was really nice of her. I didn't buy anything else from the store but I was very satisfied with the customer service.

I had a terrific time this afternoon when I came to this Foot Locker store. I been here before but it been a while since I got a shoe from here since I usually wear Project Rock. When I walked in the store today, an employee greeted me. I went straight to the adidas men section to look for a comfortable shoe for car detailing. My old Project Rock delta cushion was worn out so I needed a new shoe. The same employee who greeted me came over and asked if I needed any help. I told him that I needed a comfortable shoe for car detailing and he said the ultra boost is very comfortable. I told him I wanted something cheaper and he said the Retropy E5 is almost the same material but cheaper so I tried that on. The Retropy E5 felt amazing when I put it on and the cushion on the bottom feels like you're stepping on foam. It's very soft and when you jump on them, the pressure when landing is almost nonexistent. I was very happy with that shoe so I went home and got it from their website since I had a code for online.
