This location is very well stocked and has excellent customer service. They have some many goodies here, I love it! The staff here is friendly and helpful as soon as you walk on. I'm happy the finally fixed the incoming call phone system it was out for a long minute. Thanks! ?

They ask if you need help with any of there inventory they have in stock and they help you in the front counter my only little complaint is that they don't say "have a nice day" even if you didn't buy anything there.

As a fan girl of Anime, SciFi, Fantasy, music, movies, Disney, cosplay and collectibles. If you don't know about Hot Topic then you are missing out big time. They have everything a fan could want to buy and then some. Great place for gifts as well. Especially friends and family who share my fandom. Price ranges fit all budgets and for those pricey item HT has a great rewards program as well as coupons all year round. I tend to FREE ship to store if my order doesn't qualify for free shipping. Sometimes I keep items on my wish list and wait for a coupon but you risk on that item selling out. My pick ups are always smooth. The staff at the Northridge location know me by name LOL and are always friendly. Tip: sign up online for rewards program to take advantage of HT cash and coupons.

Love their frequent t-shirt sales! The quality of the fabric isn't as well made as it used to be. I miss the beefy tees. However, as a Crow fanatic, I'm terribly grateful for the selection. The screen printing/graphics are super high quality. Great location, very nice staff and well maintained.
