I had a great experience shopping at this store, especially with a Sales Associate named Lana who helped me in the women's department. She was helpful and friendly. They also have a great fragrance and cosmetic section. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who helped me there, because she was patient and informed. The store was well stocked and busy, which in this economy is a good thing.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Vesaida was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for my family and I helping us find what we were looking for. She definitely needs to be acknowledged for her hard work and care that she gives to customers! Thanks again Vesaida for being amazing!

JCPenney at the Northridge Mall is my go-to for everything from cozy sweaters to kitchen gadgets! Scored some killer deals last weekend and the staff are always so friendly and helpful.

This location seems to have 5 employees on the floor when it needs 40. Every cashier line was super long and slow. I stood in line for half an hour to pick up an order from JC Penny online.

Why am I rating JC Penny? Good question. Not going to lie, I'm avoiding sleep. I usually shop online, and they have good finds and solid clothing choices for the family. To be honest, though, I'm surprised they haven't gone to the murky grave like Sears.
