So they say they're open till 9 but in reality they are in such a hurry to get out of there so they shut down the grill at 8:30pm. Eliminating the ability to order most of the menu. They should either change their closing time to 8:30 or wait till after close to clean the grill.

I've always enjoyed Jersey and sandwiches. One of the better places to get it is Mike's. They can, nevertheless, make some changes to the atmosphere of their store. Chips and lettuce strips were on the floor, and tables and chairs are usually a little sticky.

The girl "manager" is super rude and disrespectful every-time i come in there! Super penny pinching everything shorting me on meats on purpose its crazy ! She needs to learn how to treat her customers!

I come to this location during lunch or to grab dinner to take home at least once a week. This is a busy location and the staff is always hustling. Jersey Mikes is the best go to sandwich spot and this location is always exceptional. Thanks for the sandwiches!

I eat jersey mikes almost everyday. I have never been to this specific location before but I will never come again. The asian man behind the counter who was working around 3:49pm on October 18th, 2023 service was terrible. I ordered a number 8 which comes w ham and turkey. I asked for the ham to be substituted w extra turkey (something i've always done at numerous locations) and all of a sudden it's an extra charge? I have neverrrrr had that happen before. I accepted it and the man continued w my sandwhich. Then the man tried to be stingy with the turkey, only putting a total of 8 slices of meat on a GIANT sandwich. When I requested another row of meat he attempted to try to charge my again. That would of been two double charges!! For an already unsatisfactory ass sandwich. I will be escalating this to corporate as well because I feel like they were just trying to get as much money from me as possible thru all the extra charges. I told them to just keep the shit ion even want it if your trynna charge me double extra fees for simple request. I wish I could show y'all what that man tried to give me I should of took a picture it was completely unacceptable. This location of Jersey Mikes needs to do better! *update, i told them to keep the sandwich, and that I didn't want it anymore after he attempted to double charge me extra for the turkey and ended up going to a different jersey mikes location i usually go to. They did NOT charge me extra to substitute ham for more turkey and they gave me the ACTUAL standard size amount of meat for my sandwich. The short asian man at the location i went to originally tried to prove his point by weighing the sandwich and saying it was standard weight like i am not looking directly at the sandwich and seeing how empty it was, especially for a giant size. Especially since I eat jerseys almost everyday, i am well aware of what the standard amount of meat looks like. i really should of taken a picture words don't do it justice truly, he really tried to play me and skimp me with the amount of meat. If your going to charge $18 for a sandwich, u should at least make sure people are getting the ACTUAL PORTION SIZE instead of skimping them because your store location is broke and trynna save food costs. If you want jersey mikes with actual realistically sized portions and good customer service don't go to the Nordhoff location unless u like to be up charged up your ass! You have been warned.

Been to the Northridge branch twice. First time, there were at least 20 people in line and the guys ignored the customers in store to do the online orders. I just left. They staff did not even say a word to me. Was waiting at least 15 minutes without anyone taking my order.Second time, they again made other orders before mine. I dont know maybe these people just hate me, but other orders were filled for customers who either came in after me or online orders.There is very little customer service at this branch. Most Jersey mikes are good, this one in Northridge is terrible.Give yourself at least 30 minutes to order and get the food. Or order online, bc they seem to care about those customers more.

I always hear people rave about Jersey Mike's subs. I just don't understand why, they don't seem to have better quality, better ingredients, or anything better than that matter. The bread to me as always try and crispy hard. They never put enough condiments or toppings. It's always just so sad so much to me. The workers here seemed like they were trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. Which can be good or bad. The restaurant is always clean that's good. I'll wait a couple more years to try another sandwich.

Northridge location the service is underwhelming! Cleanliness is atrocious!! For those reasons, the quality of the sandwich is diminished. As much talking as they do to each other as if customers are not there they should wear mask.
