A lab that I don't know how it works with a very poorly coordinated staff. One designs one thing and others with very poor, incorrect information and treated people with a bad attitude.
And no bathrooms.ypu take home want to return need to wait in line again 2 to 3 hrs only to drop off.

I brought my mother here for a specific test that is not offered at Quest. I was met with Percy, who went above and beyond in explaining every little detail to us and answering all of our questions thoroughly. He did so with utmost patience and compassion, and we wanted to recognize his professionalism and the way he handled our concerns. When I told him I wanted to leave feedback for him, his response was “if you’d like to, please address the entire team.” His response showed humility, and it showed us how much he cared about recognizing his team as a whole and not just himself individually. Percy and everyone who assisted us today were outstanding, and we’re so satisfied with the care we received. As a result, we will be switching my mother’s medical group to an alternative group that is accepted by Labcorp, because we prefer the service we received here. We’re so glad we stopped by this location and we want to thank the team, including Percy again for the patient-centered care we received today!

First time at this location on a Saturday morning with no appointment. There were people standing in line before it opened and 24 people in the waiting area. Bernice and her colleagues were fantastic. The sled check in process is great. Note there is a third self check in to the right on the counter. Super nice folks. Bernice did my blood draw and I was in and out within a minute. Typically, it’s a struggle to draw blood but, not with this pro. The total time from entry to blood draw (without an appointment) was 48 minutes. Im glad they could accommodate. Kudos to everyone in the waiting area who was kind to each other helping check in or giving up a seat.

Honestly, I am so disappointed at the front lady here she is kind of short With a long ponytail was at front desk on 3/31 around 11:20am. She doesn’t wear a name tag either to identify her. She was being very rude to everyone and very short
There were a lot of elderly clients there trying to get blood draws that didn’t understand certain things and she was being very rude to them. And sarcastic about what was needed as they are getting their blood drawn. Multiple people even pointed out how rude she was. Did not know anything about customer service and How to assist people. For someone that came to LabCorp for the first time I would not want to come here again because of how she treated us. Now the person who drew my blood she was very sweet. they had an undercut I didn’t get their name.

I witnessed the receptionist make an insensitive racist remark to a patient. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. Please train your workers or hire better ones.

I have been to this Labcorp location several times. Today, after fasting for 19 hours, I went to this location, expecting to find it open. I expected to find it open because, according to its website, it would be open until 5 pm. I arrived at 4 pm. The sign on the door said that they closed at 3 pm. There was an attendant sitting at the desk inside the workers' vestibule. I knocked on the door. The attendant ignored me. I've called, but expect no attempt to return my call. If you tell the public that you will be open until 5 pm, you should be open until 5 pm. Very shoddy behavior.

Nobody picks up the phone there. If you want to contact them, you either leave a message for them on their website or a voicemail. Either they dont want to deal with people over the phone or too lazy to pick up. I like to hear from someone not a machine. They also are 20-30min late when you check in. Not to mention, you wait because of the walk-ins. So you're technically in line.

I came here to get blood work done , it's insanely busy so I signed in but computer was being stupid so I asked the lady. She was nothing but RUDE (update: manager called to appolagize so for that that says allot so I would recommend them and change my 1 star to 3 so ty)

This is a horrible place for anyone to go. The gentleman at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. This was my first time going there with my mother. I asked him a simple question, and he was so curt and disrespectful.

Rude people and the check QR code does not work and i waited for 20 minutes to find out i was not checked in the man at the front desk was so rude and did not want to help anyone the bathroom was so dirty nasty pee on the floor and sticky they need to clean this place up. Gross and horrible service
