This review is solely for a Sales Associate named Sarah. She was so sweet!!! I was welcomed immediately. She assisted me with finding items that I was searching for. And did so with a good attitude. Though we were not able to find the exact items I needed, she told me to try online and explained the process of ordering the items to the store as well.Very sweet woman. Very patient.

My wife and I stopped by here after eating at CPK because she wanted to get a shirt. She shops from this store so she likes their style. When we walked in, we were the only customers inside. The store is nicely decorated and clean so it doesn't look messy. My wife tried on a shirt that she liked and the employee working there was very friendly. She decided to buy it and she has a loft card so she was able to save more on the shirt as well.

I came in to return a jumpsuit I bought online. The manager there was very rude. She signed when I told her that the jumpsuit was not working for me. I'm not coming back to this store.

Very bad customer service. Manger is a total Idiot. The workers claim to do price adjustments for sale items but manager doesn't approve . Would never go there again Horrible experience!!!!!!!!! I'm a loyal loft customer but wow I would never spend a penny in that store again. The manger should get fired asappppppp

Wrote a review about this place 5 years ago & gave it 2 stars. Have no choice but to give it 1 star this time around because giving it a negative star is not an option. Nothing has changed in the 5 years since I wrote my last review. Customer service is still awful! Just don't understand how these people are so rude. Don't want to repeat everything that I wrote in my last review, but know that this place is empty for a reason.

I heard that Loft went plus size but the one I'm Northridge had no plus size clothing. Very disappointed.

Great sale and the customer service was on point. They were having system issues and every so often they would thank the people waiting in line and apologized for the delay.
