Very helpful staff, made looking for supplies easier...although a couple of employees did not care to assist they just said to me I don't know without even trying but the others were helpful walking me to the product.. for those who went theextra mile thank you....shopping in such big places can be very intimidating sometimes.but at least some of the apples were just perfect.

This Lowes always has great stuff and a nice clean bathroom. They have a really good Christmas tree selection at Christmas time as well!

I don’t know what kind of store they’re running, but they suck. One time I tried calling for a part I was on hold and they kept hanging up on me. The other time I went in to swap for propane tank they left me standing outside in the sweltering heat on top of that I’m disabled person, and they didn’t tell me, they didn’t find anybody to unlock the cage, so I had to go inside find customer service demand that they unlock the cage so I can get going . I tried calling management. They never answer the phone. I’m through with them. Seriously, screw this place I’d rather go to Ace Hardware or somewhere else that will actually help you this place went downhill.

Do not get your keys cut at this Lowe's. I went there twice, explaining that the keys they duplicated for me were not working and were not the right keys. The assistant told me the machine is doing it, so it can't be wrong. I took the keys to the Westhills Lowe's, and they immediately recognized that the key number was incorrect and gave me duplicate keys that worked fine.

So much fun going to lowes and searching for the one or two people who work there a question and they pull out their little scanner and then they vomit the same information they post on the website. Or when you call and then you realize you're are now the ringing phone you hear at the store that the 2 people the company considers adequately staffed ignore. And if someone does pick up they say the same thing....oh sorry I just started I'm not sure.

the person at the self checkout was helpful. I had individual nuts and washers and she was required to key them in.
