The best experience I've ever had at metro by t mobile !!!! John and Inna was the most amazing ppl I ever dealt with at this company. U cannot put a price on good service and they went above and beyond I got very lucky, thanks to them.

John and Luna are the best. I like coming here because they are always kind, patient and informative. They truly want to help you and are very humble people. They also work like a team which I love to see, that says a lot! They show that they care and I will continue coming here, they always make me feel comfortable and I feel free to ask questions when in doubt.

Luna helped me and was rude . I asked her pricing for something and she said " it's on the receipt " . Then I asked if the prices where the stores or... and before I finished talking she cut me off in an aggressive tone saying " THOSE ARE METROS PRICES" ,"THISE ARE THEIR PRICES " . Then she proceeded to show me a flyer with the pricing , but when I first asked she didn't . Then she goes to the back and answers her phone and is on the phone with a personal call while still assisting me . Overall not a good experience, really bad customer service.

Scam alert be ready to pay a hidden $60 for a phone case and a screen protector they will not sell you the phone unless you buy that on top of your upgrade and you're activation fee I have never heard something so ridiculous where they choose not to sell you a phone if you don't buy their extra add-ons how is it the customers fault that they don't make money on upgrade deals
