I was hesitant to do my pedicure here cause the place was not as fancy as other places. But oh boy these ladies are very nice, Lily did pedicure today, she took her time, she did not pressure me to get the most expensive package like in all places I've been to, they always hustle me and that's why I never go back to those nail salons. My first time here great experience and the most affordable place I could found. Very chill place, I loved it, I will def coming back.please notice I came on a Monday so it wasn't busy at all, maybe that helped too.

Mary is incredible!!!!! My cousin was getting married on 10/28/23 and my plan all week was to get my nails done on Friday after work. Well, I had a less than desirable day at work Friday and was relieved that I was already planning to get my nails done, because my soul really needed it (ladies, you know the feeling...) I had never been to this salon before but it was less than a minute from work, so why not? I wanted to get gel mani pedi and my eyebrows waxed. They closed at 7 but took me in anyway even though it was almost 6. I warned Mary ahead of time that my nails were really damaged and to just do her best. She was extremely sweet and strategized with me on the best way to do the nails without causing too much damage (my nail tips were very weak and splitting). She ended up putting acrylic tips, dip base, and gel on top. They came out beautifully. Mary and I talked, joked, and laughed almost the whole time. When it was time for the pedicure, I met Kathy who was equally as sweet and fun to talk to. By the time the pedicure was done, it was almost 8 so I didnt mention the eyebrows and I think Mary forgot. Just as well, I felt bad enough they kept me an hour past their closing time!! But they were extremely gracious, kind, and took their time with me. They gave me their card and told me to call next time so they can wait for me. I definitely dont want to go anywhere ever again. These ladies gave me much needed laughs and me-time after having a trying day at work, and I am forever grateful for that. Oh, and somehow all this only cost $96? Honestly, I expected much more for the service and quality and $96 seemed a bit low to me. The people who work here don't know how special and good they are.

Not impressed with my lady's service. Seemed as if she rushed through my gel manicure. Also was pretty aggressive with filing my nails- excess filing caused nails to burn/sting.

It was okay. Went in with my daughter we wanted to have a mom and daughter nail date they did her right away other people came in they got serviced and when my daughter was done they wanted to take me in. I didn't stay for myself the point was both of us together.

This is my 4th or 5th time coming here and I will continue to come back. The manager here is so sweet and kind, and all employees do a phenomenal job whether it's a manicure, pedicure, or waxing. They really take their time and don't rush anything. I always come with my mom and sisters. Other places are rude and try to rush you in and out as fast as possible and this place does not do that. They are truly amazing and are very fair with prices

Simply put Cathy is the best. She's my girl and always does such a great job. She does everything: nails, eyelashes, eyebrows you name it she can do it 10/10. She gets booked up so call and make an appointment ahead you won't be disappointed.

100% racist I came to this location New to the area looking for a quick wax. With two technicians available and basically zero customers, They turned me away and told me they were too busy to do a wax. didn't even bother to try to reschedule,accommodate or tell me to come back. I was just dismissed and told that they were too busy. Which was probably a good thing anyways the establishment looked dirty.

Love getting my eyebrows and nails done by Kathy! She's been doing my brows for over 13 years and even after I graduated from CSUN and moved to studio city, I still drive to see her! The nicest person and she does a great job.

I finally found my nail spot. The ladies at this business are professionally and friendly. I went yesterday with my daughter and they were so nice, especially with my daughter. They did a design on her toe and she was just so happy. Usually nail polish doesn't last more then a few hours but the polish has lasted over night. I will definitely be going back to get our nails done

Cathy is my girl!!! I would drive for an hour on the 405 if that was my only option. I do not trust anyone else to wax my brows! I have never gotten eyelash extensions, but if I ever do, I will see Kathy as her work is impressive & natural looking. I've been coming here for a few years from when I was a student to a staff member at CSUN. The nail technicians know me on a first name basis. They already know how I want my pedicure and that I prefer short & natural/nude polishes. There have been times where I messed up the polish within minutes after leaving the salon and they've been more than happy to fix it for me. I hope business picks up for them as Covid (and Csun campus closure) has been hard on them. They follow Covid precautions and keep the shop very clean. Thanks ladies!
