I wish I knew more about tailoring before coming to this place, they sell good quality suits but their tailoring is horrible. When I bought a suit from this place, I also wanted to get them tailored. After coming in a couple times to try on the pants, without my knowledge they added a new stitch line in the crotch area of my pants permanently damaging them. I spent $500 dollars on this suit and now the pants are permanently ruined. I've asked for the manager at least 3 times, only to be turned away with the promise of him calling me back. If you come to this place I would recommend getting it tailored somewhere else.

Best service, fast turnaround on alterations.Once you are a customer they have every purchase on file so when you return to pick more dress shirts they already have the size of the shirt and the brand ready to hand off to you.It’s is a family owned business and you can tell by the warm and friendly greeting every time you walk in the door.

I bought three of the same style suites and requested they be tailored. After 3 different attempts at tailoring the suites i gave up and decided not to go back. The customer service there is horrible and the employees are indifferent at best. Less than a year removed the suites are already starting to fall apart at the seams. The tailor seemed bothered whenever I'd return and when I asked for a refund they declined. Worst place to do business take your suite or tux needs elsewhere.

I don't recommend this place . They sell you a bad quality suit and make lots on $$ from alteration so you end up paying more than the suit value . I asked them to steam the suit after they do alteration , they did sooooo bad on that , double seam on pants .. shame guys . My suit costs $550.00 Don't even buy any button shirt , it's 100 % nylon for $50.00 ... trash products . Probably you buy the same for $5.00 from downtown street vendors . They think they are selling you brand names Lol . Will never go back again .

This place has a huge selection of suits tuxedos ties anything you could think of when it comes to something formal. They have all the sizes you need very huge selection of colors as well. I was just there recently on 1/27/24 but have been there before when I purchased everything I needed for my marriage. Both times I was there people working made it very easy so pick what I needed and head to fitting room. They do not hassle you about getting anything tailored there. I let them know I have someone that does that for me and not one time was I hassled or suggested to get it done there thank you. The quality depends on what you could afford. The price is straight forward there's no hassle there. Thank you for always providing great service and great quality products.

My husband needed a new suit and usually we drive into downtown however we just didn't have the time. I found Northridge Suit Outlet and figured we'd give them a try. The place we go downtown we paid about $200-250 with custom tailoring. When we came to Northridge it ended up being $450. (Now to be fair the last time we went downtown was pre pandemic - so those prices could have been outdated) I honestly didn't mind the extra $200 because with inflation downtown could be the same price now. However what I will say is the tailoring when we went downtown was top notch. And the tailoring at Northridge was definitely subpar. The suit was still too big in the shoulders, the sleeves weren't tailored correctly. It worked in a pinch because we needed it asap. But for the price we paid ... I expected a better tailoring job. It's ok if you need something quickly. But not the best I've seen and disappointed we paid so much for a suit he'll probably never wear again because the sizing is just wrong.

I needed to grab a suit to attend a Bat Mitzvah and within minutes Moses was able to get me fitted, dressed to the nines, and out of the store. They were able to take a couple of days to tailor my suit and I could not have been more pleased. I need another suit and I know this will be the place to go. An hour drive worth driving with decent prices as well. Great service, atmosphere, and time spent.

Wow!!! We were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in. Harry helped me select a fine suit of clothes for my Mom's funeral. He is so helpful and I immediately got the feeling that everything would be taken care of. And it was. Fair pricing on everything, real value. The in house tailoring provided allowed me to walk out of a Northridge Suit Outlet that very night. Thank you again to Harry and all of the staff!!!

Before I delve into my review, I'd like to provide some context about my long-standing relationship with this store. I've been a loyal customer since the age of 19, and I'm now 31. I remember when this store operated from a different location. Over the years, I relied on this establishment for all my suit needs, whether it was for work, job interviews, or special occasions like weddings. It was my go-to place, and I enthusiastically recommended it to friends and family. However, after 12 years of being a customer, I regret to say that I will no longer be doing business with them, and neither will my groomsmen, some of whom have been loyal customers nearly as long as I have.Let me share my most recent experience, which has left me deeply disheartened. I'll begin with the salesperson. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name, but he failed to mention a promotion they were running: buy 5 suits and get 1 free. I only found out about this offer when one of my groomsmen, who had been to the store for tailoring, brought it to my attention. I promptly contacted the store to inquire about the promotion and, thankfully, they extended a discount. Instead of the initial cost of $400 for five suits, they offered a new price of $319.99, which was certainly a pleasant surprise. However, it was the subsequent customer service that marred my experience.In July 2023, I reached out to the store to understand when to start placing orders, and they advised me to do so in August, which I promptly did. When I initially purchased the suits, I was instructed to pay a deposit, which I duly did. Every time one of my groomsmen visited the store, I had to call and ensure they received all the necessary assistance. The store had explicitly stated they wouldn't begin any work on the suits until full payment or a deposit was made. I repeatedly communicated that I had paid the deposit and would come in to clear the remaining balance for all the suits and tailoring well in advance. They assured me this was perfectly fine.However, two weeks before my wedding in October, I was informed that they had not started working on any of the suits or reserved them for my groomsmen, despite my having provided measurements and paid a deposit back in August. Concerned about my out-of-town groomsmen, I visited the store and offered to purchase the suits to secure them. To my shock, they insisted on charging me for two suits instead of one. Their rationale was that the fit of the groomsmen wasn't guaranteed, and it was a precaution to reserve two suits for each. While this may seem reasonable, my frustration stemmed from their insistence on charging me for two suits just for reservations and how their refund policy works. When I inquired about their refund policy, I was astounded to learn that they wouldn't refund the $319.99 I paid to reserve the 2 suits; instead, they would provide store credit. I couldn't fathom this response and found it to be utterly unreasonable. Essentially, I was being asked to pay double the price just to reserve a suit for my groomsmen. I was utterly shocked by the store's audacity and unwillingness to accommodate a loyal customer. As a result, I have made the difficult decision never to return to this store. Their actions strike me as dishonest and driven by excessive greed, a sentiment I share with other negative reviews I have come across regarding this establishment.

Like all of us, there is a time when you need a good suit.. I decided to go to a place well recommended. I am happy to report that I got a great designer suit, on sale. The quality was top-notch, and so were the tailors in the back! They sell other brands of shirts and things however, the sizing is a but off in the neck-to-wrist ratio.. for the other refinements, if you are like me a big and tall dude, I'd go elsewhere... IMHO... However, the deals they have on suits are very generous!
