I recently purchased clothing from PacSun, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! I only entered the store to look around and kill a lunch break but the clothing and fantastic customer service exceeded my expectations, so I purchased a couple items. My experience here was elevated by the outstanding service provided by the helpful manager, Ana. Her knowledge of the products and genuine eagerness to assist made my visit truly enjoyable. Ana went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect clothing items, and her friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. Thanks to Ana's exceptional customer service, I left PacSun with new clothes and a positive impression. Kudos to Ana and the entire team. Five stars well-deserved!

I came here the day of Halloween because my previous order off of Amazon for overalls was going to be an extra two weeks. I needed overalls for my Halloween costume. After walking all of the the Northridge mall and checking every store... I can across Pacsun... and thank goodness I did . The staff saw my run in looking around and right away offered me assistance... I explained I was being Miss Rachel for Halloween and need overalls. Luckily Bonnie,- one of the sharpest girls there... said she did remember where one niche be.... And she went ... retrieved it... helped me to a fitting room and saved Halloween ! All the employees here are absolutely friendly and helpful...!!! Will be back! Thanks again Bonnie!

I needed to purchase some last minute items for the Dodgers game and the shirts I originally wanted were all sold out, "Leo" helped me find an alternative and brought me pieces that would go great together for me and my family. His patience and customer service is second to none!

Standing right next to the dressing room with my daughter waiting for someone to come open a room up. The girl in the black jacket looked up and then turned away, then the guy looked at us and went back to his cellphone. Both girls were just laughing and joking with the guy and on their cell phones. There was another mom and so. Standing with us. Finally the other mom went up and the guy came and opened the room. I'm all good for a great work place but there's a time and place. Just pay attention.

just pucharsed the restock of " essentials", finally a new set of crew working, well-organized team. LEO , EVER and another guy employee ( my bad forgot the name ) are the best. They are fair to everyone. Please dont put that " CHINESE GIRL " on sched again when there's a restock.

contrary to the previous reviews, i actually had a great customer service experience at this location. Amber and Daphne were incredibly accommodating to my every need and deserve to be noticed and respected for their hard work. if their effort is indicative at all of how this store operates, i'd say 10/10.

I walked in the store and there was this cute boy with curly hair and glasses that has AMAZING HEART FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. And he’s in the front of the store greeting us customers. He is very helpful when i asked him a question for a guy shirt. & i love pacsun keep it up LOVE IT !

Anna the manager is very unprofessional and an embarrassment. She should carry herself as a manager. She was so rude to an employee that needed to order something online for me. Instead of developing and having him shadow. She rolled her eyes and was rude to me as if it was an inconvenience. I am a Regional Manager and she is an embarrassment of an employee.

I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about but I loved their costumer service and how they help each other when they need it. I also really digged their vibe there and I’ll definitely be buying here very often.

If I could give a zero I would. A young tall slim boy with glasses who was the manager was so unprofessional and rude. Not only him but also a young short girl with dark curly hair who had braces was very sarcastic. It is very sad that Pacsun has these types of unprofessional kids representing them and offering the worse customer service possible. I honestly felt I was back in elementary with that type of attitude they both had. Also, be careful with “specials” because that store does a lot of false advertisement and will not honor it at least not that rude manager

If I could give this place lower stars I would!!!!! I couldn't believe the horrible customer service I received!!!! First of all the staff instead of chitchatting they should actually be doing their job. I went a day before Christmas, and I saw that there was an advertisement for some shirts, so I was excited to get some shirts, I spent like an hour at the store trying some on, to see what I would get. Only to wait in line at the register and be told there is no special. When there was a clear sign in front of the shirts that they were on special. I asked to speak to a manager. First of all I couldn't believe, the staff was clearly a group of unprofessional very rude and disrespectful kids. Once I told the manager they were doing false advertisement and that he should honor it. He told me to my face "what do you want me to do about it?" Hello, I just told you. He was so rude to me, it's seemed like he was trying to humiliate me in front of other customers. I felt so disrespected. When I asked if I could have his name to report him, he said "no, I'm not going to give it to you." As he was rolling his eyes at me. But lucky I have eyes. He was a tall skinny guy with glasses clearly looked like he had just graduated High School. And the girl working the register was very rude as well, she was short, with dark wavy hair, she had braces. She was very sarcastic and rude. Thankfully, I did call the Topanga store they were so nice and understanding I was able to report them. Lucky they have cameras at Tampa so that the owners could see the horrible service I was given. It's sad because my kids shop there and this is the type of youth that represents the store. I hope the people in charge can really take the time to speak with these two kids and train them the proper way to give customer service.

Managers are extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help customers. Seems like they are miserable there. I was friendly and understanding but the manager did not reciprocate the same attitude . Will not be coming back to this location, terrible customer service.
