Poly-med Pharmacy is exceptional. They are attentive, caring, efficient and professional. They are also knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have about your medication. Very friendly atmosphere and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Poly-med pharmacy has been amazing. A real person (Liana) answers the phone when you call, and you can also text her. This pharmacy is on top of things and transfers prescriptions quickly. In my experience this pharmacy also has cheaper prices that the chain pharmacies. This pharmacy also offers same day free delivery. I cannot recommend this pharmacy more. My previous experience with pharmacies has not been great. I have worked with multiple pharmacies prior to this including the biggest chain as well as an online newer pharmacy. I tried to get my prescription filled at multiple pharmacies. The big chain started charging delivery fees with no notice or warning. The online pharmacy took my prescription over promised a next day delivery then postponed my delivery 3 times over 3 days before finally cancelling stating they didn't have the medication (they should've never even took the prescription transfer and wasted my time if they knew they didn't have the medication in stock). Onto poly-med pharmacy. I called poly-med at 11a (as a new customer), my prescription was at my door by 7pm. Liana answered the phone when I called, then called my previous pharmacy and had my prescription transferred within 15 minutes. She then followed up with me to let me know everything was set and I would get my medication same same day. My medication cost significantly less than it did from the big chain pharmacy just 2 weeks ago. As someone with a good deal of experience with pharmacies, I recommend this pharmacy. TLDR: - Excellent customer service - Free delivery - Speak to a human right away when you call, no robots or menus - Great prices

Moved recently and needed a good pharmacy that takes care of everything. So glad found Liana and her team. Very professional and customer service oriented. I get all of our family vaccination and prescriptions taken care of here. I definitely found a pharmacy for life. If you want great service and customer care this is your one stop pharmacy.

Liana is so amazing. I'm so glad I found her! I need a new pharmacist when I moved to the area and I found Poly-Med online. They are totally on top of things and great at communicating with my providers when needed. I stopped going to big box corporate pharmacies a few years ago because they were inefficient and inept. It's one of the best decisions I've made!! Picking up my medications is no longer stressful and I actually get someone on the phone when I call! Thank you Liana!

Liana and her team are the best. I recommend PolyMed Pharmacy a million times. Look for Liana, because she replied so fast from my calls, answer all my questions through text, and easy to get a hold of. She also make sure we have all the meds that my parents need for the week.

My entire family absolutely loves this pharmacy and everyone working there. They truly treat their patients like family! The pharmacist is one of the most caring doctors we have ever met. She calls us ahead of national holidays to make sure we have everything we need. She even called us after we received our COVID-19 vaccines to make sure we were all feeling well. They have prescriptions ready in no time and are always so professional. I highly recommend this patient centered caring pharmacy to everyone. Thank you Poly-Med!

Liana was terrific! I went there for my Covid vaccine & booster. Liana was extremely friendly and helpful. If I didn’t have to get my prescriptions from Kaiser, I would definitely go there.

I am really happy with the service that I have received here. My wife got her flu shot here too. Liana the pharmacist really takes care of her customers and is very knowledgeable. Even though it's not very close to me I would still make the drive here. I highly recommend this place.
