Wednesday they close at 8pm..we were there at 7:15-7:30 the gates were locked and no one answered the phones. Change your times if you're going to close at a different time.

The staff is very rude. They closed the doors 2 mins before 7pm even when I’m their telling them I had just called them they ignored me. There was a tall African American girl and Hispanic with short hair. They shouldn’t be working there at all..

I honestly hate to say this but the employees I encountered today were extremely rude and racist. One employee literally followed me around the whole store while standing within 3 feet of me. What's the point of this? I'm shopping...if you're going to follow me at least offer to hold my stuff! I will never come here again.

Online it says this Sally's location is open until 7pm. It is currently 6:40, and they are closed. This is terrible customer service as people go out of there way to make it to this establishment before closing time, and there is no warning or communication that it's closed online. Terrible business move.

I don’t understand. It’s 7:45pm, the store is completely closed. Please post your accurate opening and closing times, as to not waste folks time. Ugh.I was over charged for a hair dryer and have been trying to get my money back for days now. Y’all need to get it together.

Normally I like to do online orders to pick up in store because I get so anxious to come in sand shop. I came in with my boyfriend today at 7 and was checked out by the sweetest worker wearing a sunflower mask ! I didn't catch their name but they s deserve all the recognition!

Kind and helpful, quick service, plus they had exactly the color OPI polish I was looking for! I had ordered it from Amazon and it got cancelled and was surprised to find what I wanted for the same price.

Very rude workers! You ask them simple hair questions and they don’t know anything and because if that they have an attitude like with? Why hire someone with no knowledge about hair...smh I would rather drive another 7 miles to another Sally’s then go to this junk of Sally’s that hires morons to work there.

Yesterday I went to this store to buy some products and I was "greeted",by to high school acting employees. When I went the door was closed and a girl told me l, that they were closer, because the cash register was not working correctly.(there were customers inside purchasing items at the cash register) I then told her I would be paying cash; she proceeded to tell me she couldn't make any sales. It is probably because her and the other employee Jose lacked the math skills. I asked her for her managers name and she told me her managers name was "Jennifer". I then asked her to please write down her name, the store number, her managers name and hours. The girl went inside and was taking forever, so I went in the store with my 2 year old toddler to get the paper, and this big tall(feminine guy) supposably named Jose and Kelly got in my way trying to block me. (((By the way the peace of paper only had the stores number and the name "Jennifer' ))I then explained I understood the store was closed and that I was going to grab my toddler. The guy Jose was so aggressive and proceeded to follow me as I was grabbing my son. He had such an attitude.I can understand that you can't make any sales, but I explained I was just trying to look at a products name to buy in the future. It gets even better I called the store number after I left, because I was attempting to leave a voicemail for the manager, but when I called the first time someone answered and pressed dial keys and the call went idle. The second time I called someone answered, pressed dial keys, and the call went mute. I then said over the phone that the store has a recorded line and that there are store cameras and that I was going to mention this to corporate. The call was still silent but then it went idle after mentioned that. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. That is some high school want to be mean girls type of stuff. Whatever I recorded the call, because I won't be calling the supervisor. Guess what honey ? I know that these petty employees are probably looking at this review and I am calling corporate. It might take me a couple of days to reach them but I will. I will get compensated for the huge inconvenience. Bye Felicia . Muah xoxo
