Horrible service reserved a truck days in advance and when I went to pick the truck assigned they had it blocked by another truck. Do not count on this company to do the right thing. I have movers at my home with no truck to move my stiff with. Their 800 number said I would need to wait until 9am when they open, my pick up was scheduled for 7am. Thanks for the extra 2 hours of expense I just incurred from you incompetence U-haul.

The storage itself was alright and convenient. They claimed no bugs or rodents would be in the units. I found tons of bugs in mine and they seem to be hopping from other units. I had clothes put away in secure bags and those bugs chewed right through them and ate into expensive clothes. The cleaning lady always speaks rudely about customers infront of customers, she thinks just because she says it in spanish that no one will understand her, well we did and we told her to stop as it was rude af. Im sorry we are putting our things for donation for other families to use and you dont want to do your job. The "owner" Juan was rude to my husband stating they dont offer military rates (for trailers) & spoke condesendingly to him on memorial day. Only to be shown on their very website that there is in fact military rates. There has been times we needed something from storage around 8pm and their system was fully down. Manager was called and nothing ever came about. Overall, we decided to move out fully cause alot of my items were damaged by these bugs they have in their unit. Only the lady who works in the office (blonde) she was cool, I liked her.

I visited this uhaul to fill my propane tank. A very out of shape employee came to help me but was interrupted by another very out of shape employee to talk about all of the trucks and trailers in nearly a quarter of their lot that were broken or malfunctioning. My initial helper then informed me he could not fill my propane tank because it was more than 12 years old. I went to Lowe's for a replacement tank which they sold to me out of a cabinet where every single one of a 100 tanks was over 12 years old.I would not rent a vehicle or trailer from this uhaul location as it appears to me the workforce is very lazy and in my opinion this would greatly impact the safety and reliability of the vehicles that they offer to rent.

Moving is a pain in the neck. From renting a U-haul, buying boxes, packing your stuff and getting people to help you out. Ugh!!!This branch helped me a ton. They work with you and give support. Customer service is understatement. They do a routine inspection on the storage units to make sure they are properly maintained and safe, then call the customer if something is off - like if the lock isn't the right one, etc.Returning Uhaul Vans or dolly is no hassle. They have a space inside the storage building allocated for stuff that renters do not need but can be donated. Cool!!

Guys in here are overworked and under staffed. Went into get a truck and trailer and the wait time was insane. The guys were pretty easy going considering how hot it was. Took me almost an hour and a half to get my trailer attached because there was only one yard guy and 8 customers waiting.

Got a trailer hitch receiver from these good folks yesterday. I was specifically told to contact this store for their installation services. You can tell the U_Haul business is a tough one, but they were very polite. The tech who installed it was very gracious and did a clean job. (Service was 4/29/22). Thank you all.

I rent trucks frequently and have had great experiences at other locations. This location however is TERRIBLE. The charged me for Safe Move insurance, which I had specifically declined. Furthermore, they billed my employee, not the card that I had on file with them, with which the reservation was made. Mistakes happen, however the real mistake is working with this location as they DO NOT pick up phone calls, nor do they return calls. I called the Uhaul corporate customer service with and they too proved to be completely incompetent and useless.

So i have been a U-Haul customer for 13 years!(4-8) times a year.And I never even quoted other companies when i needed similar service.In January I rented a van PURCHASED INSURANCE! When i returned it they told me i have damaged their roof because the new yellow stick they have is broken (which it was)So I told them guys I only used ot on a highway to pick something up in LAX but yes I did park it under the tree thats why that plastic stick is broken ( which I found under that tree next to my house. I told them that i have insured the vehicle. The manager informed me that ROOF DAMAGE IS EXCLUDED and it is a $150 penalty for that. $10 insurance on a$20 a day van doesn't cover it head to toes. So I called their customer service etc... they gave me a case number and that it is up to the branch manager to make the decision to void the fee or not. (I was honestly sure they did) there you go two weeks later i need a van, and pretty much from the same branch! Who wants to guess am I going to go to U haul or find another company? ( branch manager once you read this thumbs up to you personally)
