Went there to a get parfumes for my mom. Loved the fact that no one bothers you and you can smell all the parfumes in peace. Wish they had more selections and definitely wish they would include some samples.

Awful customer service when it comes to returns. I wanted to return two items. One of the items was on card paid in store through my card (less than 30 days), and the other had be returned through store credit.
They forced me to return both the items on store credit even after I told the cashier the other item had to be refunded on card.
I even called sephora customer service, and they told me what the store did was incorrect. Customer service said I had to go in person and ask the store to change the store credit to account credit.
I went again and told them what THEIR customer service told me was wrong. Store told me they couldn't do anything.
So if their own customer service phone number is wrong, who's right?
Awful experience. I would just buy items online or another store, at least they try to help you there.

I have never felt so dismissed. I purchased approximately 11 items and one of the 11 we had issues locating. The sample of this item was present, but not the actual bottle to purchase.
I asked my daughter to find a team member and ask for help and I saw her asking for assistance, when I heard my daughter ask to be shown and the worker “Sammi” dismiss her request, I then reiterated “do you mind actually showing us where it’s located since we had already attempted to locate and only saw the sample”.
She rudely RE-described where in the store the product “might” be located and continued to point but refused to escort us.
I absolutely mentioned this to a manager and they were very gracious and apologetic for such low level customer service. My daughter loves the Sephora brand but I can’t really see myself visiting this particular location again, I hate being treated poorly especially when you spend your hard earned money. We spent about $250 to be treated so poorly. It’s truly Unacceptable.

I wanted to share my recent experience at one of your stores, as I was left feeling disappointed with the service I received.
When I entered the store, I inquired about the new mini tote bags being offered with a $50 purchase. The associate I spoke with seemed unaware of the promotion and had to check with someone at the register. After a few minutes, she confirmed the offer was available.
However, when I proceeded to check out, I had to mention the tote bag again to the cashier, who informed me that the offer was only available to VIB members. I asked her to double-check, and after speaking with a manager, she confirmed that the promotion was available to everyone with a $50 purchase.
It seemed there was some confusion and a lack of clarity regarding the promotion, and it felt as though there was some RELUCTANCE in offering the tote bags. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was disappointed by the inconsistent information and the need for me to follow up multiple times.

I stopped by on Saturday looking for a foundation that aligned with my skin tone. However, representative HEYLIANA went above and beyond in meeting my expectations. Not only did she take the time to provide the best, but she also went ahead and provided me more knowledge in how to identify clean products and something that wouldnt hurt my pocket. Is nice to bump into people who pass on knowlege and arent in a rush! Thank you so much for your time and for teaching me to make better choices. Will definitely return!

Overall okay. I did not appreciate seeing two female employees making fun of someone's weight. This location has a tendency to have catty employees.. It's not the first time I've overhear and seen employees making fun of customers weight and appearance. Please leave that in the workroom. Put that energy into improving the store.

The cosmetic samples dirty and misplaced. Store looks like not maintained properly. Plenty of sales people instead of walking around they should be trained to keep place clean. Walked out disappointed.

I can not believe that I walked into this store in Dubai Mall! The staff are rude and disrespectful! It has never happened to me before. While I was shopping, some employee approached me and took a picture of my shopping bag! Humiliating and insulting! Who does that? I shop from Sephora stores around the world have never seen such a behavior before!
