I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shell on Devonshire Street in Northridge and was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful and the location itself was spacious and well-stocked. The store was clean and organized, with a wide selection of products to choose from at competitive prices for the area. As a regular customer, I appreciate the quality of service and value I receive whenever I visit. I would recommend this Shell to anyone in the area looking for a great, efficient gas station experience.

The worst gas station and seven eleven they have the rat inside the store , it’s a food store and they have no hygiene precautions I saw the rat 2 times , seven eleven department should take a strict action against that.. I saw the rat eating stuff .. this is horrible , I tried to click the picture of the rat but it ran away

I've frequented this Shell consistently for 17yrs, at least 4 times per month. Not just fuel, propane swaps, and snack fills before heading to Disney. For the last few months, the station has been shut down for "15 minutes" while an employee takes a break. I've been sitting here, at the pump for over 20, waiting to pay the cash price. I've watched 20 people try the door and leave. It's always the same employee with the door locked. This same employee is always turning me away way I try to do propane exchanges, telling me that they've been sold out " for several days". I always check the tank cage prior to entry. I have to argue for several minutes that there are full tanks available before the cashier finally agrees to charge and exchange. it's now been 25 minutes that I'm waiting, door still locked, stupid sign still posted. 4-21-22 7:15pm-7:40pm, watch the cameras, watch how many people try the door and leave... door just unlocked.

I am an employee working in this gas station , the pumps never work properly the card get stuck inside the pump , all the customers complain and they blame us ,sometimes some customers insult us for the card getting stuck in the pump ..whenever i call the higher department to fix the problem permanently ,they don't listen and don't do anything , i try calling the general manager , they do not participate in this issue , i wish they try to fix this problem as early as possible ..and listen to their employees

Me and five other people spent 25 minutes standing outside of the shell store trying to get a receipt from a gasoline purchase at the pumps. It seems this station never wants to refill the receipt paper and do their jobs and charge us an extra $.10 per gallon at the pump for that convenience of them not giving us a receipt at the pump making us go inside the store to get the receipt. This time the store was closed with a sign on a break back in 15 I stood out there for 25 minutes waiting for somebody to come back who had not. If anybody has a contact with the shell corporation I would love to have that number to file a complaint they did not provide a receipt which I believe could be considered against the law. I know when you're under $75 you don't have to have one but yes you do upon request from the consumer. And that was unavailable to be done. It is not the consumers problem that they do not have enough people working in the store for the prices they're charging on gasoline there should be more people working. I only live two blocks from the station and I am finished with it and I am encouraging all my local neighbors not to go to this facility either. It is much more of a hassle to go to this place then it is to get service which is nothing.

If I could give it zero star, I would. On Thursday Dec. 2 at around 7 pm, I stopped to filly tank, but my debit card got stuck in the gas pump station, and I wasn't the only one who was experiencing this as a fellow customer had the same issue. I tried to go inside the station, but the door was locked. I learned after 30 min waiting, calling, and freaking out that the lady who was on duty was on her 15 min break. She is tall, skinny with dark skin and she is the NASTIEST EMPLOYEE I have ever encountered at this place. All I asked her was as a courtesy to her customers she should have put a note on the locked door that she was on a break!!! On top it all, when I moved to different pump that didn't work either. Then when I complained again, she told me why I am telling her and it's the owners fault the pumps have issues. Long story short it all turned into a shouting match as I was very frustrated by her attitude. She also refused to give me the owners name. That girl needs ro be fired as she is not fit to deal with customers !

This is my go - to gas station before because it is very near my place. But since the gas prices went up, I just come here when it is really needed.

Pay cash. If you use your bank card at the pump it WILL get STUCK (It locks in). The cashier won't do anything about it. A sign alerting customer will be greatly appreciated.

HORRIBLE !!! Bad customer service Kept asking the guy to turn on the air Would keep him busy with refilling the straws What was more urgent the straws Or keeping a client happy ??? Never coming to this shell gas station !

So I'm a bus operator and I only have 8 mins and the other operator is in one. So and right now he's been in there for 5 mins of break will be over. So I believe they should of given me a key to the other restroom. Time for me to get back on my bus at 6:43 and it's 6:41pm,..

I have to mention this particular gas station because of an employee that went over and beyond today. Gerrard (I hope I spelled it right) saw me on crutches the moment I gimped in to the shop and asked what I was looking for. He then ran around grabbing everything I needed with a big smile on his face...thank you sir, I hope you get far in this life with that attitude. I know Shell is lucky to have you (for now)! The store was immaculate and for a gas station that says a lot!!
