I been using my car for over a year 2016 Prius I sure that my car was only going to get 9 gallons and this piece of shit machine is telling me that my car got 10 gallons I'm sure something is wrong never come back

There's a guy there who is the rudest, most unpleasant thief! That's right, he stole my discount that I get from a supermarket program because he couldn't be bothered to figure out how to fix it.The other workers are great but this place gets one star now as long as he's there. He's awful! I stayed away for 6 weeks hoping not to have to deal with him, but there he was, rude as ever!I've been going to this gas station for over 15 years, no problem at all until he came along. Shame on Shell for hiring such an unprofessional dishonest person!

This station attendant was insanely racist and rude. Only let in white people to use the ATM but kept saying no to my black friends for no reason. Literally locked the door on them

Horrible horrible customer service I politely asked the cashier who worked there tonight if he can please turn on the air since there's a nail in my tire he said " NO you have to buy something " I told him okay let me get some coffee he said "No Gas only".I told him please just turn it on he said no go to another Location. Can you believe that ! He didn't want to get up and press the button to turn on the air. I hope this gas station gets better employees what happen if I got in a car crash because of my flat tire !? SHELL would be liable for refusing to HELP OUT A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I will follow up with management this is unacceptable can't even help out a LOYAL CUSTOMER. This is unacceptable Shell ! Definitely following up with management !

Today I went for gas and forgot my receipt. I went back and they happily printed out a copy. Then I asked them for something else and they made an exception for me. I felt truly appreciated them.

Most of these pumps look to have been tampered with and are expose you to your pin being skimmed and thus stolen. This happened to me. Looks like management just put up new security tape up over the existing broken seals without resolving the issue. If you take a closer look you’ll see the original seal is broken on most of these pumps.Be careful here. If you see a machine that says ATM only and then has TWO prompts for your pin, then that machine has been compromised.
