Met with Toni, he got me in there and out of there faster than I can tie my shoes. Offered me 3 different storages and went over everything. Offered water,coffee , and the restroom and answered all questions.
Took his time going over pricing and sizes of the storages, how to use keypad and helped how to fill out online agreement forms. Looking forward to giving business here and telling family and friends where to go if needed for a storage unit, place is well kept, clean and safe. Thank you again Toni for all of your help.

Terrible management interaction with years-long customer. Manager Tony needs to learn how to professionally approach clients. This is another reason we will be moving all of our units out of this lot: Incompetent management.

What an easy and friendly experience today! Toni made my signup so simple. Great communication and a kind demeanor really makes all the difference. A clean and safe facility that put me at ease with storing my stuff there. Not my first time using this location and now I remember why. Definitely recommend for anyone’s storage needs.

Frank was really great helping me get setup in my unit! Super friendly and honest. Took the time to really explain everything to me and show me around. Units and halls are super clean and feel very safe. They really take care of their clients including coffee and water! Carts accessible and easy to pull right up and unload into the elevator lobby. Really happy to have found SoCal Self Storage.

Frank was exceptional and patient the day before the fourth of July when everyone wants to go home. He showed us the storage options and guided us through the process. We got a great deal that was a special that he helped us lock in. He was wonderful. Thank you so much Frank. The facility is clean, it smells good and felt secure.

Mario went above and beyond when I was late arriving to my unit after moving out of my apartment. When I knew we would be arriving late, I called to discuss and while I did have to pay him an hourly rate to stay after hours, it would have been much worse to have been locked out! He chipped in along with the movers to help clean all my belongings which had gotten rained on during transport. He also provided some free boxes and helped haul out a bunch of recycling, all while maintaining a great attitude. It was a very stressful evening and I think Mario felt bad for what had happened during my move. Regardless of it being an extra challenging move, Mario providing that extra last minute help made a difference. Other times when I have visited my two units, he has also provided great customer service. I can't speak much on other staff at this location but I do appreciate the affordable rental rates and especially Mario's help that one night.
