I went to go upgrade my phone and get my 13 yr old son a better phone and the guy working there Kevin was super helpful. I was about to get a phone but he helped me get the best phone and deal. He was so nice and helpful. I really appreciate his help. I will definitely go back and upgrade my phone too.

Went through about 3 T-Mobile stores before I came here. I was looking for the LG V60 ThinQ Dual Screen 5G. This store was the only one that had it. Angele helped me out and was the nicest employee I've ever came across. I'm a new customer, and I didn't open my account here. But if I ever have an issue I will go out of my way to come back here because I know I'll be well taken care of. Angele, thank you so much for your help. Your service was above and beyond!

Wish like hell I could give them minus 5!! F' this BS company!!! I turned in two phones, accepted by the Sprint rep. I go into the hospital...breast cancer and three mos later these freaks start sending fraudulent bills. They're so crooked, the freaks kept billing past the date they accepted my phones. According to these idiots, one of the phones screen was cracked and they don't take cracked screens. But the rep did take the phone!?!? Okay, no worries, I said from my bed...recovering from cancer, please return the phone!! Nothing...CRICKETS followed by increasingly rude/aggressive letters! They tried to tag my Amx card (while I'm recovering) but got shutdown. At some point the fraud freaks started sending out bargaining letters, offering me a deal!! GTFO...a deal on a fraud account! R U STOOPID!!??? I will not be whitemailed!!! Eventually these lying jerks attached my credit!! THEIR mistake.... My credit score is well above 800!! My point is this...they are the LOWEST OF SCUM! The best news is SUCK Sprint is out of business, and I WILL NEVER PAY THIS FRAUD account!! I know I am blessed to be able to ignore this sorry azz company in the middle of a pandemic, I hope my post serves to warn others. Do not let BS overpaid companies continue to gouge you and take advantage. I will HAPPILY wait until this falls off my credit...because I will not be a victim to lying, thieving scum!!! Wish I could sue these idiots for the stress they caused me during an extremely painful period in my life. Be safe...prays for all!

This place is so understaffed it hurts.I want to pay a bill. Thought being 20 ft away from the store would be advantageous. Stood in like for like an hour.I probably should have opened up a new bank account just so that I could pay my bill quicker.It’s 3:30 in the afternoon. 4 desks and only 2 people working them. Which means any customer service problem dictates that everyone else in the store has to wait forever or just leave. Bad for business. They would probably make more money with more people working here because less customers would be walking out of the store.

I’m not much of a review type of person this is actually my first time doing this but all I just want it to say was went in to the T-Mobile store Saturday looking to upgrade my daughter phone To surprise her for her birthday and honestly received the best customer service by Benjamin he provided great help with the best of his ability and knowledge he help me purchase the phone I was looking for my daughter and even offer to help me set it up the following day Great guy made it pretty easy for me to upgrade with out any hassle he deserves the 5 stars ⭐️ For great customer service

The manager Darnell provided terrible customer service and was very misleading and not helpful at all. Did not help solve the situation of getting a charge removed. And left very unsatisfied. Ended up canceling the contract at sprint because the customer service is terrible.

Dont go to this play guys.if you guys want a sprint line just go to the real store that it's outside the mall....ripped off at imobile dont go here

Horrible Management! I visited this kiosk to add 2 more lines to my account, and of course to purchase new phones EVERYONE'S available, yet when i went back to resolve a billing issue I had the same guy who sold me my phones (which happened to be the manager), give me the run around, said hed call or text me within 1 to 2 days and never did! I tried contacting him for 2 weeks and nothing. I went back in person and they told me he was transferred, I was furious! Yes I get it, stuff happens but why not pick up your damn phone and give me a heads up and not have me blow you up?! Its not that hard! I then, spoke to the new manager and he took down my information and said he'd call me with an answer within 2 to 3 business days, I gave him a week and nothing. So i decided to give it a try and contact sprint directly. I resolved my issues in less than an hour, something they couldn't take care of in 3 weeks!!! I will never go back here again! Horrible experience!!!

Great customer service, super grateful for their help. Other Sprint stores had bad customer service or wanted to charge me for the help.
