The one who cut my son’s hair was terrible. The cut was uneven. I asked for a mid-fade but, it was high and not even blended well. I had to go to another barber to fix it. On top of that, my son was telling her he was itchy and that certain parts of the cut hurt. She totally disregarded his complaints and, also mocked his complaints and giggled along with the other stylists. Very unprofessional of her and the staff.
I’ve never experienced the lack of professionalism by any professional stylist/barber. If you have trouble listening to your customer child it not, then you need to stop cutting hair. You literally made my son cry. I forgot to get the stylist’s name however, we are never coming to establishment ever again. And with that being said; you are lucky I paid for the terrible job and still tipped you. If I was a jerk I would have not paid for a terrible cut and terrible service.

Un even cut to much off and only wanted a 1/4 trim w long layers she chopped
My hair completely un even and charged me $77 !!! Which want a refund !!

I called in the morning to set up an appointment for my brother and asked if they do a good job cutting beards. They said yes. My brother went, and in less than 10 minutes, the lady finished his beard and haircut, charging him $51. She did a terrible job. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Also, I called and spoke with someone who was shocked when I told her about the $51 charge. Shame on you. ????????????????

I only went because my barber was sick . It was an older lady. I told her the way I wanted it and showed her a pic and told her don’t cut the bangs! And that’s the first thing she does . Never ever coming back again left my hair horrible

I've been a regular for the past 3 years and today was my last haircut at this place. I always call ahead and make an appointment (which I did), when I got to the place one of the ladies checked me in asking my name and phone number, I also told her that I had a reservation. She couldn't find me but put me in the list, then an Asian lady (maybe the Manager) said he's on the list and they got in a bit of an argument. They told me l was next. I sat down and next thing I see is a person that arrived after me without appointment getting called for a haircut. I got up and asked what happened, they apologized and said don't worry you will be next. Again I saw them chatting about it. When it finally was my turn they called me and all three ladies apologized and said your haircut will be complimentary. The lady that did my haircut seemed frustrated about this Asian coworker who went to a room with the other coworker and supposedly started blaming my barber for not checking me in properly. After getting my haircut, I am walking out saying thank you, my barber goes hey sir it's $31 dollars. I couldn't believe it, I said to myself well, this is it. I paid and the barber even asked if I wanted to tip her? I was like, no sorry, not at this time. Really disappointed with the whole experience, not to mention that their prices went up almost as those pro barbers down in Roscoe and Tampa.

Fans of thisSupercuts here! My husband always looks forward to his cuts with Susie, and my daughter won't see anyone but Najiva. They both leave happy every time. Definitely recommend for family-friendly, skilled stylists!

I brought my two children to get a haircut today, and while I was there the stylist who cut my daughter’s hair, and another older stylist were arguing at the register. I recall my daughter’s stylist speaking across the room to the other “well if you can do it, come do it!” repeatedly, It was very unprofessional.Furthermore the stylist who cut my daughter’s hair did a terrible job. My daughter wanted a short bob with face framing, and a lot of layers, and she came out with short bangs and trimmed hair. Not sure if she messed up my daughter’s hair because she was as upset about the argument, but my daughter left unsatisfied. We do not like her haircut at all!However compliments to Nataly, she did great on my other daughter’s hair.But because of everything else, I cannot rate any higher. Perhaps the stylist shouldn’t carry their bad moods into the haircut.

Prices have gotten higher, but if you communicate your wants clearly you will get a good haircut every time.

This Supercuts has the best and most patient barbers and hair stylists-- really happy with how well they respond and work with my hair. I've been driving out of my way to come see Susie everytime - get the full shampoo and conditioner with scalp massage- life changing!
