I had a fantastic experience at Target Optical. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly cordial and customer-friendly. They took their time with me as I tried on many frames, more than I can count! Gabby was especially helpful and patient, offering thoughtful suggestions and making sure I felt confident in my choices. Her professionalism and warmth made the process enjoyable.
I also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Nguyen for my eye exam. She was extremely professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The entire visit was smooth, thorough, and genuinely pleasant.
Highly recommend this location for anyone seeking quality care and exceptional service!

on July 2nd I walked in to try to be seen as a walk in, due to working two jobs it’s harder for me to try to book an appointment and to my surprise they had a cancellation and took me in right away. Dr.Nguyen was great and Gaby from optical was amazing. She was very informative and helpful with helping me pick out frames. This was my first time having to purchase glasses so she helped me pick out the best frame shape to suit my face and the best color to suit my skin tone. She was very patient with me and really took her time to help go over the different options they had available to add on to my glasses. Her customer service was beyond great. Once she was ringing me out she brought up an extra discount that my insurance had and applied it to my purchase.( most places will try to up sell you but this place didn’t ) thank you so much Gaby you made my visit such a breeze. I will definitely be coming back!

Jesse was the only staff person in the optical department at Target on Father's Day. She was able to put a lens back into my eyeglass frame. The original screw was gone but she found one that fit and was eventually able to tighten the tricky and very tiny screw so the lens would not fall out. She even tightened all the other screws on my eyeglass frame. She also had to wait on other customers. Jesse was pleasant,, friendly and professional. I was able to see clearly again! Thank you Jesse.

Great service, employees are very helpful and nice. Location has different eye glasses selection. I have been coming to this allocation for three years now. I am very happy with optometrist. Also I like location is clean. I highly recommend this location.

I’ve been purchasing my eyeglasses from this Target Optical location for over five years, and I used to be very happy with their service. In the past, the staff took their time, provided great customer service, and even aftercare was excellent.
Unfortunately, my most recent experiences have been very disappointing. Last year, I purchased glasses with a frame costing \$300, and with lenses and everything else, the total came to over \$700—thankfully mostly covered by insurance. However, the lenses later started falling out. When I went back to have them fixed, the staff seemed annoyed and unwilling to help.
This year, when I returned to use my 2025 vision benefits, the same associate who used to be very kind gave me incorrect insurance information multiple times and didn’t take the time to look into my full benefits. When I asked about fixing my old glasses again, the response was rude and dismissive—they told me I’d have to wait because they had help customer there for purchasing glass.
What’s worse is that I had to go to a completely different state just to get my correct insurance information and finally use my benefits properly. It’s sad to see how much the service has declined, especially from someone who used to be so helpful. I will not be returning to this location for glasses in the future.
