Horrible service one of the works were being racist to me and my family. Target shouldn’t hire workers like him and when I spoke to his ‘manager’ to complain about him she just shrugged me off.

The last time I was at this Target it was because they had the lowest price for soda. During these tough economic times I will shop at any retailer that provides a safe and pleasurable shopping experience. And, does what a retailer should do, offer great sales and deals. Right now everyone needs to get the most for their money.

Did an in store pick up earlier this month. The customer service was subpar to say the least. No clear line, just multiple people standing around, along with multiple store employees. When the associate finally acknowledged me, she was rude, snapping her gum, tapping her foot, rolling her eyes, sighing, etc. The interaction was less than a couple of minutes, but I felt as though I was a huge burden to her life. Working in customer service myself it reminded me to continue to help as I can - I know it can be rough with difficult customers but you need to let those roll off your shoulders when helping the next person. My interaction sucked at that one, thankfully there are other options, and have several stores nearby, so won't be back to Northridge. But will say, I definitely don't have this issue when ordering online for home delivery. My FedEx, UPS, Amazon and USPS delivery people are awesome!

Standing in Electronics dept in Northridge 25 min now. No one here. I tried the electronic "need assistance" points, only one of 5 works. Still nothing.

I could give a higher score, but they took away the ability to pay by cash in the self help check out kiosks. The store itself is similar to all other Targets that are well run. Also, I wish there were more restrooms in the store.

Great wifi connecter/reconnector, but the bad/rude/very inappropriate "must've been controlled by the illuminati" were pushing it yo. I was just trying to make my way back home (back home) by downloading cash app so I could hopefully receive enough money to at least buy a little piece of bread..

target's stock on their website & in app doesn't always match what is actually in the store. i have had issues with this location before & had a question about my online pickup order, so i wanted to call before making the drive out in case I'd be wasting my time again... but they never answer the phone. nonexistent customer service is bad customer service. ?♀️
