I want to give special recognition to the maintenance and housekeeping teams at Terrena Apartments. Every time we’ve needed assistance, the maintenance staff has responded quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. They take their time to explain what’s going on and make sure the issue is fully resolved before they leave. Whether it’s a small repair or something more serious, they treat it with care and urgency.
The housekeeping team also does an amazing job keeping the common areas clean and welcoming. The hallways and amenities are always in great condition thanks to their consistent efforts. They are polite, hard-working, and clearly take pride in their work.
It really makes a difference to live in a place where the staff cares about the residents’ comfort and well-being. Thank you to the entire maintenance and housekeeping team for everything you do!

Without Oscar’s help, I wouldn’t have felt nearly as comfortable sending my daughter off on her own journey at Cal State Northridge. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free — truly one less thing to worry about as a parent. Grateful for his support and definitely recommend him to anyone needing guidance!

This is my second year at Terrena Apartments, in Northridge and I couldn’t be happier. My husband and I first moved in to be closer family. It’s a perfect location for us. When we first met with the office staff ( Lisa and Laura) they were both friendly and welcoming. To this day, they continue to be just as friendly and helpful as ever. They both answered all of our questions and walked us through the entire application process. The apartment we chose was just what we were looking for, which is a sign of excellence to the maintenance staff. Everything was in excellent condition. For the full year we’ve been here, there hasn’t been a single major issue with the apartment. Upon renewing our lease for this year, Laura was extremely helpful, as the app used to renew wasn’t working correctly for me. Laura stepped in and handled EVERYTHING right on time before our lease expired. The quality of work from all the office staff as well as the maintenance staff is outstanding and consistently exceeds expectations, as seen throughout the complex. The complex grounds are always clean and well kept, including the garbage areas. If something does breaks, (that’s normal) the office staff is right on it and repaired as soon as possible. Its never takes more than a few days for repairs, especially if it needs to be repaired via an outside vendor. The activities planned and offered to the tenants is beyond anything I have ever seen at any previous apartment complex we’ve lived in. Yoga classes, Zumba classes, painting classes, food trucks on a weekly bases. They even offer children and pets activities. ‘Give Aways’ are an ongoing activity and planned by the GREAT office staff. Donut Days, Mother and Father’s Day gifts, Doggie treats, School supplies for children and so much more. There is always something for everyone’s taste. No pressure to attend, but it’s wonderful to even have it offered. Each garage level also has its own EV Charging stations.
I can’t sing praises enough of the staff in the front office as well as the entire maintenance team. Both my husband and I, as well as other residents we’ve spoken with, have always felt safe within Terrena’s complex. Again, that’s a tribute to the staff here that takes pride in their position by making sure their tenants are safe. I personally feel I could go to the mailroom or the Amazon Locker room late at night and not worry about my safety. The deep commitment by Lisa and Laura, as well as the entire staff, to the satisfaction of the tenants is commendable and above any complex we’ve lived in. I can’t express just how happy I am living at Terrena Apartments. The consistent dedication to delivering exceptional work has made a significant positive impact on our residency here. The staff’s professionalism is a model for others.

We moved-in in July 2025, almost a month here, and for right now we are very glad to have this apartment building as a home. Amenities nice and clean, an apartment cozy, area around just amazing. The tour, closing an apartment, making decision and moving-in were easy and smooth because of amazing manager Oscar who was (and still is) smart, flexible, and very professional.

It’s been a few months since I’ve moved into Terrena and it’s been a great experience so far. The amenities are great and I love how building always hosts fun events every week for the community living here. Oscar was so helpful and informative during the leasing process and made sure the move in process was easy and stress-free. He has continued to be extremely helpful even after moving in with any issues we may have and he is always very respectful.

The reason I give 1star is Some of the people who live here LIKE to stealing others package which is not belong to them. No matter you installed the camera at front door or not. They still find the way to take it. Not just only your front door but also mail room and amazon locker.

Lisa was extremely helpful and always available to assist us. We had a pleasant move in experience and are enjoying the amenities and location. Everything is in walking distance and we feel like we are on a permanent vacation. I give the apartment complex and staff 4 stars!
