I can’t get over the customer service I received with Betsy. I fell on hard times and had issues with insurance and when I called back to get things in order there was no compassion shown or even patience. When I was insured with this company it was hard to contact Betsy most of the time. She seems to not be able to handle the workload. She’s rushy, always on another call, rude at times and not that great with communication. This woman had my address wrong and I had to get corrected by StateFarm. They were sending my mail to my neighbors at one point. Terry was informative but her assistant Betsy is what’s ruining it. I am 100% that Betsy drops the ball here and there. I put my life on it. I’d go somewhere else if you need great communication and great customer service

Teeey is honest and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended also due to be so honest. She looks out for client's interest before her company's interest. Very rare these days to find people like that.

I switched my insurance over to Terry's office about two years ago and it's the best decision I ever made. She takes the time to walk through your coverage and makes thoughtful recommendations of where you might be at risk and/or where you can reduce in another area to cover gaps for about the same premium. She is very knowledgeable in not just personal lines, but also business insurance and financial services products. I have always received a prompt call back from her and it's never taken more than one call to resolve any questions or issues. I've also always found her staff to be very polite and professional. I see some other "not so great" reviews and wonder if they realize that State Farm agents are small businesses, they aren't huge call centers like Geico or Progressive. You may not get someone to pick up immediately, but to me its worth it to get sound advice, at an affordable premium, with someone who isn't just reading off a call script. Terry is an agent who truly puts her clients best interests first and I would recommend her to any of my friends/colleagues.

I just got Auto, Homeowners and Life Insurance from this agency. Terry is not only knowledgeable but easy to talk to. If you need insurance and don't want to call a 1-800#, this is the office to call.

There is only 1 agent & secretary here which means if you need to speak with her you will be waiting for a couple of hours. This along with mistakes made me cancel all three of my policies here. Good luck!

Worst customer service ever! I've been trying to get in contact with terry for about a week to no success. What's even worse is her extremely rude receptionist Becky who can't seem to do her job.
