One of the employees here looks irritated with everyone she clearly hates her job. She rang me up yesterday and was not friendly at all, it put me off and I was so uncomfortable shopping here. At least greet the customers if you can't force a smile.

I went in the store and the first lady to greet me was wonderful and friendly.Unfortunately, I can not say the same for the cashier who claimed to be manager. The cashier didn't even bother to acknowledge me when I placed the clothes on the counter, she actually went and hung up the hangers from a previous sale and then grabbed her phone to reply to a text. No big deal in my opinion, but as I'm getting ready to pay I noticed that the discount price and price being charged was different, so I asked her what the discounted price was and she said $8 but I was confused and instead of politely explaining, she proceeds to say "as you can see" pointing at the price tag. At that point, I was just over her customer service and I feel like there's ways of talking to people, especially if you're working retail and snotty or smart remarks are really uncalled for. I'll save the rest of my experience because it got very ugly and I walked out without even purchasing my items.

Where to begin... I have always come to children's place they have nice outfits for a good price specially when they have sale! I have been a rewards member for as long as I can remember. What disappoints me is not the items in the store, it's customer service. Today is my daughter's bday I'm excited to get her unicorn print shirts as that is our theme. Took my a while to find her size, when I finally made it to the check out line, Nancy was dragging to help me few minutes later decided to assist me. I asked to confirm that the shirts I took are on sale, she didn't respond so I repeated my question. She wasn't pleasant to talk to so I had to change my friendly approach to a firm one. Some of these people that work in the counter think they can speak to customer the way they want. I don't know what you're going through regardless, I don't deserve your dismissive tone. You're making it worst for you because I will not be friendly to you when I leave the store.

Don't buy online. They don't ship for two weeks. They won't answer the phone, they won't reply to emails. Will never buy from they again.

First and last time I go there, the cashier didn't want to honor the price of the online price but she said it in such a rude disgusting way. Sooo people go online instead of dealing with workers that have a big attitude.. She was a short chubby lady with glasses.

WORST LOCATION EVER! BUYER BEWARE! We were charged twice for a single transaction and told not to worry that the money would be refunded. talked to the bank and both transactions were funded. Customer service on the phone and in the store are the worst and now we need to wait over 30 days so the store can do an investigation. the employees at this location are airheads and don't know how to handle anything besides taking money.

They never have anything good anymore. I love shopping here for boy clothes because they have unique shirts. Lately, Everytime I go into this store excited to shop for my son, but I never find anything anymore.I hope they add more of a selection soon!

I was at this store today to exchange a couple of adorable outfits for larger sizes. Not only did they accommodate me with holding the one outfit I was able to exchange, because they still had it in stock, the sales lady remembered me & the item she was holding from our phone conversation the other day. She showed me the location of the sizes I needed, devoted some time to help me find an outfit or dress to exchange for the other outfit they didn't have in stock & came back after she helped other customers to see if she could further assist me.

The customer service is terrible!!! They are very rude! I think it probably has to do with how you treat your employees. Give them a bonus or something! There has to be an incentive if you want great workers.
