“I haven't made a build a bear since I was a kid. Today, for my 27th birthday, I decided to make a build a bear with a recording of a birthday voicemail my late grandmother left me before she passed. Carissa was absolutely the best & made sure my recording was clear and perfect. Yes, I cried , but she made me feel that it was safe to do so. “This location has a great selection of items. It was very clean and organized. I asked an employee about an item and they were so nice and helpful. It is a big show with a good variety of different types of items where almost everything is $5 or less. If it is more than $5 it is clearly marked. They have self service check outs which made the process smooth and someone nearby if you need help. There is lots of parking and there were plenty of baskets for shopping. I will definitely come back to this location.”
