I've been to so many tile stores trying to get the right pool tile. Every time I come here everyone is so nice and helpful. There's no hard sell here like over at superior. I really hate feeling pressured when buying anything. I despise when a sales rep will just not leave you alone. That is not the case at Transworld tile. I have always gotten exactly the help needed. From "I'm just browsing" to "Holy 5h!7 I'm lost and need help!!!" Great selection. Prices seem great. And they know what they are talking about. I don't ever dread the thought about tile shopping here. Even though it's a 45 minute drive.

Carlos at Transworld Tile is an amazing person. He is an expert when it comes to tile and he goes above and beyond to help his customers. I would highly recommend Transworld Tile for all of your tiling needs. The store has samples of every tile you could imagine and the customer service ranks as the best I have ever encountered! what a wonderful source of variety but unbelievable help provided. This was the first store that actually offered to help us (went to 6). Anita gave us great advice, really asked questions to find out what our needs were...showed us a ton of options and explained the differences in the materials. Initially I had hives when entering the store due to my fear in picking out tile for a bathroom remodel. Carlos emerged from behind the counter and rainbows and sunshine from that moment. He asked questions about my home to try to steer me to something stylish, current and beautiful. Within 30 minutes we had the floor, tile and backsplash all picked out. He made it so easy to put together a beautiful selection of tile that fits my style and budget.

I ordered tile from another store that never arrived, so I called Anida at Transworld Tile and she was amazing. She did everything she could to make sure the tile I needed arrived as quickly as possible. Would definitely order from Transworld Tile again.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Anida and her team. I worked with Anida over the phone for a quote, samples and my order. Very responsive. Easy to work with. Her pricing was also great, lower then "contractor" pricing I received in Santa Barbara. I would contact Anida if I need more tile for my project or any future projects.

Trans world is a great place to shop for tile and ideas.After buying a house, I was planning a major makeover in order to make it my home. I had a general idea of what I wanted to do, but needed help pulling everything together. Carlos was fantastic at helping bring several ideas together to help make the final project a reality.Anytime I have a question or need more tile, a single phone call to Juan or Carlos makes it all happen. That is the kind customer service you get at Transworld that is lacking from the box stores or other tile shops.I went to many tile stores before Transworld, but the time and care that was shown to me at the first visit convinced me that I was at the right place.Nice staff and great customer service combined with a wide selection of styles and colors makes this a great place to shop for your next project.

Forget those big tile stores. This shop is the best. Anida helped us through a difficult project, offered excellent aesthetic advice and managed to find extra pieces on short notice. Everyone in this shop is fantastic to work with and highly professional. Good prices as well for high quality imports.

What a great resource! I first bought tile here in 2020 for a kitchen remodel. I knew what I wanted and they sold it, at a better price than another tile company. My recent bathroom remodel was different - I wanted to see everything and returned several times to explore wall/shower tile, floor tile, and a pre fab quartz slab. I went to several tile places, including in West Hollywood and Santa Monica, to get ideas. Transworld Tile ended up having most of what I saw and at better prices. Anita was the perfect tile salesperson. She has a background in interior design and she guided me with expert advice. I took my time deciding, and she was incredibly patient. I asked a lot of questions, as I had never done a bathroom remodel, and Anita gave me just the right amount of opinion and professional "suggestions"--all with a great sense of humor. All of the other salespeople were very helpful and were able to order more tile for us if Anita wasn't in, which is a real plus. Our bathroom came out beautiful. Can't wait to do our other bathroom with such a great company right in our neighborhood.

Everyone at transworld tile has been such a boon to me as I have been remodeling my condo one room at a time (because I have to live here while it's happening). I do not easily make up my mind, and they were patient and helpful at all times and it was EVERYONE, not just one person. I cannot say enough about how much I adore them. As if the people weren't beneficial enough, they also have the best prices in Los Angeles. I am not exaggerating, since I needed two slabs for my kitchen I called a dozen places, no one came close and I wanted that specific quart countertop! I even recommended them to the guys who did my master bathroom. They liked the quality of all the tiles and slab I had picked.
