The store manager, his name is MOE. Send back my package that I was supposed to pick up. He was really rude and said it wasn’t sent correctly. Anyhow, he was very very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT PUT YOUR PACKAGES ON HOLD AT THIS LOCATION

For someone who has their own printer, I come here way too often—but honestly, I don’t mind one bit. The staff makes it a great experience every time. Huge shout out to AJ, Dylan, and Phyil for always being so friendly, patient, and quick to help with whatever I need. It’s rare to find a team that’s consistently this welcoming, and it keeps me coming back! :)

Great customer service from Moe, Moe & Dylan. I had a live scan fingerprint service here and they did a good job. They are very helpful, friendly, nice. I notice some regular
and frequent customers here also. I have been going to this store for notary service and the fee is reasonable. Thanks so much for your great customer service.

This UPS store is simply ridiculous. I bought 2 boxes from them for $15, after which I asked for tape to do it. They did the bottom of it and then after I came back with content 2 min later, they forced me to buy $20 tape to do it because they would have to charge me for packing service to use their tape instead. They should be upfront about it and the lack of transparency is absolutely unacceptable. I will never use this location again and feel like being scammed for $35 for 2 boxes!!!!

I stopped by this UPS store to drop off a package that contain a cell phone to return back to T-Mobile. The shipping label was done for me so all I had to do was tape it to the box. I found parking easily at the plaza this store is in. When I walked inside, there was only 1 guest in front of dropping off her package. I looked around the store and there are printers here and lockers as well. My interaction with the employee was simple and quick. They scanned the barcode of the package and handed me my receipt.

This UPS store is by far the one of WORST stores I have ever been to !! I would never recommend anyone to go here! Waste of time and energy!
The manager is extremely rude and has the worst attitude ever, rushing me and starting yelling at other customers!

By far the best location I've had. Staff is pleasant and they have great customer service. I recently opened a mail box and every single time I pick up packages I'm always greeted by a team member with a great attitude. They are helpful and love I don't have to wait long times to get services.
