Easy to find, lots of great services offered here, it's really a one stop shop. Staff are knowledgeable about third party businesses like Temu and Amazon making shipping/ returns easy.. they charge to print labels tho 1.19$ so if you can print your label before you can save some dollars..

This UPS store is by far the WORST!! I would never recommend anyone to go here!The manager is extremely rude and has the worst attitude ever. I shipped out a package overnight that was less than 5 lbs and they wanted to charge me $300!! This UPS is overpriced and has the worst customer service ever!!! He should not be a manager with that kind of attitude.

Went in for Live Scan and dealt with a little j*** called "dillon", who was incredibly rude, unprofessional and raised his voice at me in the middle of the store. dillon clearly had issues and kept speaking over me and cutting me off when I was trying to explain what I needed. I also relayed information I was told by another coworker previously and he argued with me that wasn't true and accused me of lying! I was shocked at my treatment as I was about to spend some money there on a number of services. I used to go there all the time for my needs. I will go somewhere that respects their patrons and with employees who are professional. I don't need to deal with that level of disrespect.

Went in to get a notarized letter and was helped by "moe" and I should start by saying if you really hate your job to the point where you're completely rude to the customers it's time to quit. This guy kept walking away during my questions. Couldn't ask anything because all I would get is "I don't know you put whatever you want!" Aren't they suppose to know what their job is?! Not only was he completely rude to me but to his own coworkers! They asked a simple question and he yelled "I don't know! I've been sitting stuck in this stupid chair all day!" Probably THE WORST service I've received at UPS.

I needed a live scan for my IHSS application. The DPSS recommends UPS Stores. This came up on my searches. Upon arrival, there was a line already to the door. I came in when 2 customers came out. The line went away fast. And It was my turn in no time. Shout out to Moe who helped me out. He was patient and calm when my fingers were not giving a good one. I was getting jittery but he console me by saying 'relax your fingers and let me do the job'. And before I knew it, I am done. Live scan for IHSS costs $52. Located in a plaza where Albertsons and CVS are.

This is a very convenient location and the staff is really nice. However, you ALWAYS need to check your receipt when you leave. On more than one occasion, I had to request they re-weigh my package for accuracy. When a package weighs more than you state when you purchase a label online, you get billed. I am not saying his scales are funny, I am just saying you should always verify the weight listed on your receipt. Unless you like surprise UPS bills.

Better to have this ups store, then not. However, far from effective/efficient with its management practices. Moe may be the owner, then no chance for improvement. Maddening in how slow, sleepy process can be. There are 3 counter workers. When a pkg cannot be found 2 of the three customer service reps disappear to look for the box, meaning throughput capacity cut by 67% in search of one pkg even though long line of waiting customers. How many ups store workers required to install a lightbulb? I guess two of the three. Que sera. It is what it is. Far from perfect but good enough. Will avoid when possible, use when not. A necessary evil.

The staff is extremely rude and incompetent. I will NEVER ever patronize UPS again.The rep at the desk needs to be fired. He needs a lesson in customer service and manners. I will be contacting corporate.

Been coming to this ups store since 2009 and The owner, who is always there, has NEVER ONCE BEEN FRIENDLY. Baaaad attitude, which may explain the huge employee turnover I’ve seen over the past 13 years. He was particularly nasty to me the last time I was there. Therefore, that’s the LAST TIME I will be patronizing this establishment! I’d rate him with ZERO STARS, if possible.

I came here to get my passport photo taken. I did not have an appointment, and the entire process took only 10 minutes. It was so easy and painless. Highly recommend this place. Passport photo comes in set of 2 for 14$.
