I came to this UPS store do send out ALOT of packages last minute for work. I was very anxious about it & on top of it, it was a rainy day. The minute I walked in, I was greeted with love & care by the sweet Polin ! I believe she is the store owner. She really was extremely patient with me & gave me a dolly to get the packages out of my car with ease. She really made me feel comfortable & was so kind ! She is an amazing asset to this company & should be treated as such ! I will definitely be coming back to this UPS store. She really helped turn my day around ! Polin is the best !! :)

BEST UPS STORE IN THE VALLEY! 10/10 recommend to come here for any type of shipping services !! Polin the owner she’s super sweet all staff and employees there are super nice.

Polin, the clerk at this UPS store is extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me mail out a package on Sunday even though I came in late and it was already closing time., The store is clean and well stocked.

Polin, the owner of this location, couldn’t have been nicer, more understanding, or more helpful. This location is close to my work and it was my first time here and I had a historical amount of Amazon returns to do. Polin and Faith made me feel welcomed and they were so understanding. I profusely apologized multiple times and they both reassured me throughout the process (I was there for about 40 minutes people!!).At the end of the transaction she thanked me for my business and said she hopes to see me soon. This small goodbye was so appreciated by a fellow small business owner. You rarely hear it these days but it goes such a long way. Next time I need something printed or shipped, I’m definitely stopping in. Thank you for being such a kindhearted person and professional business owner, Polin! This place is horrible. Don’t go here to send any packages. Polin Is the worst on-site manager she’s not helpful she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She doesn’t know how to properly train new employees and hires young girls that don’t even know what they’re doing sending packages to the wrong address and double charging for a package to be sent. She needs to be fired, and that little girl with the ugly long hair with the snout nose needs to be fired as well.

It's good if you are sending something that you don't have to pay for - like prepaid return package. But, if you need to send something out, you need to be careful and make sure they understand what you need. I went in today and the first thing I told the employee was that I needed to send something that I could track, I said I needed something with a tracking number and I didn't know if to send it UPS or USPS, I wanted the least expensive. Well, she put it in as regular mail. When she gave me the receipt, I asked if the tracking number was on the receipt. She said "no", that it doesn't have a tracking number. I reminded her that the first thing I said when I walked in was that I needed to send it out with a tracking number, that I needed to be able to track it. Well, it was too late, she couldn't cancel it because she had placed the items in the box for pickup. I think I should have been told from the beginning that if I needed a tracking number that I had to send it certified mail. I was never told that that the only way to track mail is with certified mail.

It is very upsetting to get to a place that should be open and yet it is not. We are working people that need to get to work in the morning. We were 3 people waiting for this UPS store to open and yet 8am comes and not one opened the store. Here is proof that the store was closed and it was way passed 8am. This is not the 1st time. It happened twice before but I ignored it. This is the 3rd time. This is not right to do to working people. I have a video proving that at 8:07am the UPS Store was still closed. For some reason I can not upload it. But it is saved for me if needed.

Greeted every time I come and the employees are very helpful in answering questions and going above and beyond, to make whatever it is you’re doing in the store, a smooth process.

I have been a long time customer dropping off my packages here. Typically I have all ups packages but sometimes I have usps in which they offer the service to take and scan the packages. Today, I did have about 20 usps packages (more than usual) and I dropped I wheeled them in bc I am 8 months pregnant. The manager who is a more elderly lady, immediately started complaining on how she had to scan these packages (a service they provide) and then at the ends tells me " do not come here again with these many packages, I will not accept it." Her tone was rude as if I did something to her. I was shocked bc usually everyone is so pleasant there. I have never had an issue until today. If you can't take packages from usps...fine, but don't advertise that you offer the service of taking and scanning the packages. It felt like they just wanted to complain the entire time of doing their job. I am truly disappointed in how the manager handled it with her attitude. If there is a limit on how many packages can be dropped off they should express that in their service.
