For 9 months I’ve been battling to get the rate and terms (discounts) that were promised by this location. Did not get the trade in promotion on an iPhone that I was promised. Did not get the monthly rates on my multi line account that I was promised. And now… they won’t even honor the military discount that is allegedly offered. The store and the phone base customer service do nothing but point fingers at each other and I’m stuck paying exorbitant bills.
Do not shop here. They don’t honor what they say and in fact change the account to meet their quotas and commissions. Because it’s certainly not in the best interest of the customer.

STOP Do not go here if you are a verizon customer , they are an INDIRECT verizon store and will charge you fees for any services, go to TOPANGA store verizon , I learned this the hard way and charged for something that a DIRECT verizon store would do for free , unless you don't care about paying for fees that you don't need to pay

Store was clean and was stocked with phone I wanted . Staff was knowledgeable about products and friendly. Carlos was patient with me and provided great recommendations when I was indecisive about products. Would shop here again anytime.

Told me a bunch of lies about what my bill would be. It’s double what they originally quoted. They also assured me I would have device protection. I don’t. And for the 5 hours I spent in the store I was told I would get a promotional credit applied to my bill of $500-$600 which WAS why I said yes.

The manager here was kind of a ….. rude person.
She elected to leave a lobby full of people waiting for basic and simple things, telling us we had to wait for sales person to return to the store. Said she “couldn’t” help us because she was the manager. Just really didn’t feel true, just felt like she was too busy scrolling social media.

I had a great experience at this store. I was considering upgrading my iPhone 11 to a newer iPhone 15. Angel H was the sales associate that helped me. He was able to answer all of my questions, and also give some great recommendations. Angel was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I was really impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. Angel explained everything thoroughly regarding the upgrade and trade in process. I purchased my new phone that night, and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Will definitely go back and do business at this location again, thanks to Angel.

Andy was amazing not only to take care of all of my needs, but he informed me of a lot of stuff that I just didn't know. He was very on top of things.
