Andy was amazing, he went over everything we did and gave me plenty of options for trading in my phone and saving me money on my weekly bill. Telling you he’s the salesmen’s to go to!

Long wait charged me for screen protector that sucks, case and chargers and told me it’s included and was charged for it. He said my monthly payment would be around 250.00 for our plans. We are still having several issues with my bills over 1300.00 I do not recommend this location.not enough staff to assist and not honest

AJ was super helpful and made the experience easy and painless, he was so nice!! Chris had great energy and a great voice too! The store manager Andrea was kind and seemed very on top of things - honestly the whole team had such great vibes!!

Let me start by saying I have never had an issue with Verizon till I came to this store. Horrible Manager called ANDREA VILLA. I do not know how such a person could be appointed as a store manager with no management skills. Instead of defusing a situation she continues to insight aggression. Instead of finding a solution to make the customer satisfied she bailed out half way and went home in a middle of an issue, what kind of manager leaves in a middle of an issue. Luckily there were decent employees that picked up her slack. I almost disconnected all my accounts because of her.. I should have looked at the Yelp review of this store before coming here. Won't be coming here! I suggest you stay away too.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Verizon store, and it was primarily due to the store manager, Andrea Villa. I went to the store with a simple issue that I needed assistance with, but unfortunately, the encounter left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Andrea Villa's attitude was notably poor from the moment I walked in. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and displayed a lack of understanding of the store's policies. Her approach to customer service was far from what I expected from a store manager. To make matters worse, she didn't handle a disagreement between customers effectively, which escalated the situation and incited aggression among those involved. As a store manager, I would have expected Andrea to be a calming presence and defuse the tension, but she did quite the opposite. Perhaps the most disappointing part of the experience was when Andrea Villa abruptly left the store without addressing the unresolved issues and disputes that were ongoing. This not only demonstrated a lack of responsibility but also a disregard for the customer's concerns. In conclusion, my interaction with store manager Andrea Villa at Verizon was a disheartening one. Her poor attitude, lack of knowledge of store policies, and inability to manage customer disputes left me with a negative impression of the store. I hope that Verizon takes steps to address such customer service issues to ensure a more positive and satisfying experience for all customers in the future.

The seller tried to deceive me. Forcing me to buy additional accessories (case, charger, and glass for $287). I wanted to buy a phone as a gift for my daughter's birthday, but he wouldn't sell me the phone without accessories. The birthday was ruined. I will never go back there again. The sim card is also not working because the seller tuned it off.

Aaliyah Was amazing! She is great at what she does. I left the store with more knowledge than I ever knew before regarding plans, bills etc! She is so sweet and very thorough.

I was very grateful at the help I received today I forgot her name I believe it was Aliyah. She was amazing at explaining everything and catering to my needs. She went out of her way to help me find the problem to my app account as to why I wasn’t the main owner on it l. Now I’m able to do auto pay! She’s super sweet for that.

Took way too long just to trade in my phone. It was alright having to order my phone and wait a few days, completely understandable. But when I came in to pick it up, I waited a good 20 min before a manager came out, then I waited another 10 just for her to finish getting off the phone. Completely unprofessional. Then she says I cannot pick because it’s not the same employee who processed my order, even though they said I’d be able to pick it up. On top of that, I came back after calling the customer service, who told me I should be able to pick it up, and now I’m still waiting for another half hour just to get my phone.

05/29/23 Around 4 PMWalked in from Apple store that couldn’t activate Apple Watch cellular service with all the information already entered in my Verizon app. The store trainee employee said he has to process himself. He struggled back-and-forth, taking a very long time processing the activation service. He randomly chosen a number without asking if we had preference to. Once he processed, he told us it’s all set and we can leave. As we were leaving the store, the store manager approached us quickly and told us that there is a $20 processing fee, I told them that I had everything figured out myself, and no fee was mentioned before or after. The manager insisted that the $20 fee had to be paid. I told him to cancel the activation. Instead of canceling the activation, this sore l**** manager actually put my Apple Watch on a stolen list. I had to call Verizon fraud department for them to remove from the stolen list and activate on my on preferred phone line.Worst store ever with rip off and bad attitude, management customer service.Verizon will definitely hear about this !!!!!!!
