Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was dreading having to change my phone but he made it so fast and easy, it made my day. Good job Verizon for hiring a good representative.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from Andy at Verizon Porter Ranch.
I came in with my mom to simply swap my phone, and Andy was the rep helping us. We were taking a moment to think about whether we wanted to go through with the purchase—literally just taking a pause to decide—and he got noticeably irritated. Without saying a word, he walked away from us mid-conversation.
When I looked around to see where he had gone, he came back and aggressively walked right up to me, stood inches from my face, and said, “Why are you looking at me? What do you have to say?” in a confrontational tone. This was completely unprovoked and unnecessary.
From there, things escalated. He began arguing with both me and my mom, raising his voice, pointing fingers, and speaking to us—two young women—in the most rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional way. It was so uncomfortable that other customers in the store were visibly shocked. He caused a scene, then stormed off to the back like a child throwing a tantrum.
There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior in any professional setting, let alone a customer service role. I’ve never experienced such hostility and disrespect from an employee before. If this is how Verizon allows their staff to behave, especially toward women, it’s incredibly disappointing.
Management needs to be aware of how Andy is treating customers. No one should be made to feel small or intimidated just for asking questions or taking a moment to think during a purchase.
Do better, Verizon.

What a great experience I had today at this Verizon location. My phone died, so I went in to get a new one and dreaded my visit. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted right away and to receive the most comprehensive service which enabled me to make choices that personally fit my needs. The whole experience was actually enjoyable. And the icing on the cake - the sales rep walked me to the door and held it open for me when I left. A true gentleman. Well done, Verizon!

We had an excellent experience at the Verizon in Porter Ranch, Pablo (and his able trainee Valerie) was our guy from start to finish, we are a family of five (up to age 88), all upgrading to slightly different phones . . .Pablo handled all of us very efficiently, he was 100% professional and exceptionally personable at the same time. I cannot recommend this young nan highly enough! Thanks again Pablo!

The Representative was unhelpful. I entered the store and waited to be greeted. After a few minutes, he looked up took me information and said someone would be with you shortly. It felt like I was interrupting something. After another minute that someone was him. I was there to address an issue and to look at a new phone. The experience was so poor, I wouldn't dare spend my money there.

Great service! This Verizon store is the real deal, unlike the independent satellite store in the Northridge Mall which doesn't have full access to the Verizon system. I was having all sorts of problems getting my new iphone activated. This place solved the problem in 5 minutes and got me up and running. If you have Verizon, go here first. Best customer service I have had anywhere in a really long time. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at Verizon thanks to Justice and Christian! From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
They went above and beyond to help me with my upgrade, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible. The customer service was top-notch, and I truly appreciated their professionalism and dedication. If you're looking for outstanding service, this is the location to go to! Highly recommend!

THIS STORE IS A SCAM! They added a 2nd line to my account and told me it will only cost $.75 a month. A few days later I called Verizon and they had lied to me and added a Iphone 13 to my acct without my authorization. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!

I went in for a second time because I had an issue with porting number from another service provider. The prior gentleman who helped me was very helpful, but this time, I got Nando. When he found out that I wasn't there to buy anything, his entire attitude changed. He didn't really care and just told me that it is common to take a few days to port a number and asked me to just wait. I later called Verizon and found out that there was an issue with the porting and the Verizon rep (i.e., Nando) should have been able to help me. Avoid Nando unless you are there to buy something....

Great experience at this location. Largely due to the staff who actually care about the customers and want to help solve their issues.

Horrible customer service and beyond unprofessional. My husband, son and I walked in the store 20 min before store closed. Two employees were in the store, one just left. Before we even were asked to be helped the employee stated- did you want to schedule an appt for tomorrow- we don’t have time to assist. The store was still open. As we shopped around, I waited for him to finish talking to the customer he was speaking too. I asked him what the store policy was, as the store was still open. I asked for a store manager name/or district manager ( since the store was still open:I had not even been given a chance to share what I needed). The sales men went to the back- which took more time then needed and prob could have assisted. He gave me a sticky with an email and 1800 #. I asked him what the policy was for Verizon. He stated “ I have a family I want to go home too, I know you came 20 min before the store closes but we need more time” I told him he didn’t have to be rude and that I didn’t understand why we couldn’t wait. He then walked away and continued to rant- my name is Francisco do you need me to spell it/ here’s my last name. My husband then turned around and said, he man you don’t need to be rude- she’s walking out- I turned around and told him- your very unprofessional and rude. I asked you a legitimate question- with no profanity and respectfully- your attitude and tone is completely out of pocket. What was extremely demonstrated was the employee’s comfort to engage in that way and provide an email and a tech support number with no concern for his behavior. I’ll definitely will get in touch with the store manager/district manager and notify customer service. However it is key to recognize unprofessional service. Especially that this is a actual Verizon store. Unfortunately these individuals have no training or accountability it appears in professionalism or customer service. It’s not that service was denied before operations completed alone, but the delivery and entitlement to be so rude.
