Denied service over outdated policies. I needed my OTC asthma meds but was refused because my new physical ID hadn’t arrived yet—despite offering my updated digital ID in Google Wallet with a scannable QR code. The clerk dismissed it with excuses and admitted she didn’t even know if it would work. Why not just try?
Waited 15 minutes for staff to return from lunch—at 2:10 PM. Walgreens, it’s 2025—time to catch up.

A huge thank you to the pharmacy for helping me save money. I was in between insurance policies and had to pay cash for a prescription. The pharmacy helped me save a huge amount by helping me find coupons. They really went out of their way to help me. Also, they are always reliable and on time.

A shout out and thank you to Danny at the Devonshire, Northridge Walgreens. I went in to get a prescription filled and it was not in stock. I also learned it was not in stock at the warehouse. This was a huge deal as my prescription was quite important. He said he would try and locate it at another Walgreens - and he did!! Danny went above and beyond it is very appreciated!

This review is strictly for the pharmacy technician named Danny. He was so kind and most importantly very competent and on top of his game. We need more caring and patient people like him working in Pharmacies and health care industries in general. Keep up the good service and know you are very appreciated Danny!

The girl who works at the pharmacy was mean, and not helping, she didn't want to call the insurance company, and just ask people to buy the medication without insurance and “maybe” you can get the money back. The Pharmacist was there, she didn't ask the question. When the pharmacist left, she asked you to wait a half hour because the pharmacist is on break.

I dont know why I keep coming here, oh yeah it's bc its close to my work. But this store is a JOKE! I had my script sent there on 5/27 and the pharmacist said I can pick it up on 6/9. Well 6/9 came and they only had 15 tablets bc their staff GAVE AWAY my medication to someone else! I was told by the pharamicist that they were holding my medication, and there was a miscommunication and it eas give away to someone else. So Monday 6/12 come I am driving to pick up the remainder of my medication only to be called saying I can't pick it up bc something was glitches and to come tom!! Like I have all the time to just change when I can come. I have home health patients schedul3d tom so I have to call, cancel and reschedule them. Is that fair to them bc there eas a glitch? If your staff DID NOT GIVE AWAY my medication I wouldn't be writing this and wouldn't be calling corporate and wouldn't be rescheduling my patients! What a JOKE..then then say I understand. This Statement is just a cop-out for inscrewed up!! Don't waste your time coming here for the pharmacy. I spoke to the manager before also and he just doesn't understand what people are telling him, maybe it's a language barrier problem?

Wow I’m not one to leave a bad review but wow.I called the pharmacy to ask questions about an inhaler and the pharmacist was trying to get me off the phone so quick. I have developed asthma and I’m having trouble breathing meanwhile she’s trying to rush me off the phone instead of actually trying to help. As I’m asking her she cuts me off and says she’s gonna put me on hold because she has other callers. I started having an asthma attack shortly after. I’m really disappointed and shocked at how rude that call was. Don’t recommend this pharmacy!

I had always liked this location. But now they seem to have people who don't know what they're doing, they called me and they tell me that my prescription is backordered. That it will take a week to get, which is fine with me. Then the app advices me that my order has been canceled. I call them and they tell me that yes they're not going to get the medication. I say I just got a phone call from someone telling me that it's backorder and told its been ordered and will be there in a week, and the answer is "well I don't know why she said that because we're not getting it". No effort in finding it in another location, no effort to find out why I was told that, When there's literally 3 people working there.
