Was told a specific price and was upcharged. The texts specifically asked for the price and when I was done with my service they charged me a different price despite the messages. I have been going here for 4 years and unfortunately I no longer be still going here

Highly professional services in a serene and welcoming environment! I have been coming to Fort Wayne for nail services for well over a decade, and this place is the absolute best! The attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the professionalism are excellent! Lilly consistently delivers a personalized, professional service every time! 🌞

Usually a great experience nails wise. Feel like the interactions be fake but anyway. This particular time I wanted something specific which the original techs should have known what to do and how to do it… I got the new guy and my nails looked crazy. I ended up spending 120 dollars for my hands and feet (new guy did them as well, feet looked crazy too but no one was gonna see those so whatever) and told them I don’t like my nails I will be back tomorrow for them to fix. I had an even I needed these nails done for. I’m 2 months pregnant. It’s my last plus size beauty pageant until I give birth. I show up early because things weren’t going how they should have. I instantly get dirty looks and I ask the damn secretary so can I get some of my money back so I can go get them done somewhere else plus I felt uncomfortable they straight said no… I’m like wtf they send me to a different location they have and the lady I went to saved my life. I do not recommend the northridge store go to the one in Chatsworth… period.

I was serviced yesterday at this salon. I asked for XS Round Acrylics with an easy french tip. I was charged $73, and my nails are already peeling (I got gel) and now that I am looking at the nails I am noticing big areas where there is missing acrylic. $73 for this is crazy.

This nail salon, although is on point with Trendy nails and the technicians can pretty much duplicate a picture of the nails that you would like to be done. However, customer service is out the window, I called to get a fill and I was literally told no ,we are booked.
straight no

I always come here for my pedicures and Gel X full sets/acrylics. They know what is trending and will slay your set! I'm very picky so I don't go to just any nail salon, you can trust this one. been coming here for a few years, highly recommend.

I went into the shop on a Friday to inquire about a pedicure for an unhoused client of mine. This client has severe callous on his feet. I shared a photo with the staff. She seemed excited to help the community and was excited to inform her manager. She stated she needed to call her manager, for what I was unsure of, and would get back to me, or I could come in person. I returned with my client on Tuesday. We were denied the service. That same staff who was previously so helpful was now rude and very short. When asked for a reason why they wouldn't do the pedicure she refused to give an answer other than my manager said no. After some back-and-forth, she said they didn't have the equipment to do a pedicure. I asked her, do you have Kalis removal, she replied she did. I then stated that that was all the equipment we needed for this pedicure. She then said no. I said, is this because he's unhoused, were you intimidated by the individual and she refused to answer. This came off is very discriminatory. Judging by the looks, the demeanor, and the way we were dismissed. It appears that they were very judgmental of my unhoused client and we're not sensitive to his needs. They had the tools necessary to do the pedicure and just denied the service simply because of who he is. I will not send any business to the salon.
