I just opened a new account. Semyon S. was beyond helpful and efficient in opening the account. He answered all my concerns and made it a pleasant experience. Andrew the teller was helpful as well. Someone please promote Semyon S. or give him a RAISE. An asset to your institution by far.

Can't rate this place at all worst service , no management and always a line for the tellers ! Two tellers and 30 people waiting .. disgusting

My office is just down the street from this branch. Not every transaction can be done online or at an ATM. Every time I come into this branch and waste my entire lunch break waiting in line I tell myself, "this is going to be the last time". Well after today, this really will be my last time. They are perpetually understaffed. There are never enough bankers or tellers. Today was no different. When I walked in there were only two tellers open. There were about ten people waiting in line. Fifteen minutes later the same two customers were at the windows (the line was now at eight because two customers had given up and walked out). The tellers did not seem to have any urgency about them and in fact one Hispanic female teller was spending most of the time chatting it up with her female Hispanic customer. The manager (Tonya?) was in the back on the phone the whole time. I complained to a banker who I could see spoke with Tonya but she never came out and spoke to me. She also never spoke with the two tellers. Either to see if there was something she could do to help or just to tell them to move it along. After waiting another five minutes with no movement from either window, I left. Another lunch break wasted. I'll find another branch on the way home for my transaction and possibly another bank for my business.

Brandon Gibson is who y'all should be asking for!! I'm 17 and went to this bank to open my first checking account, Brandon explained every detail and it was very easy to understand PLUS he made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. He's also very funny with a friendly personality and we had a nice conversation while setting up my account. Needless to say, Brandon was the perfect person to help me as a first timer at the bank!

I do not recommend this Wells Fargo For the appointment System In Place. Bankers are leaving when there are clients with booked appointments. They barely have bankers so you'll be sitting there for a while.

They need to shut down this location. That's all I can say - poor customer service, not enough staffs to work. It's terrible for an hour wait.

This bank is the worst bank. Hope it shuts down. They either have a huge line or always closed. Says they're open online but came here and they're closed

Grumpy employees, non existent manager or customer representative. Line wraps around the building and they only have two tellers. Ever. Luckily I go to another branch that is just outstanding because if this was my only choice, I would switch banks.

It's very sad that an amazing brand of banking that I have multiple accounts with , personal and business . Runs this branch in this dismal way .I have had to be in reseda area for the last 5 weeks and had to come to this nearest branch . There is always a line of 10-15 people and always only two tellers . It takes a 30 minutes to do anything here and when I complained they said the district manager only gives them so many hours of labor operations, I really don't know the reasoning , but I know one thing for sure I will not come to this branch if I can avoid it . Sad operations

My daughter went to withdraw and it was a fast transaction. There was no line. There are plenty of parking available. Accessible to both sides - Nordhoff and Reseda BLvd.

will never do business here again, if I could give them no stars I would. This is the Worst bank I've every walk into. I had a large check from my employer, I was wearing basketball shorts and a black shirt, handed the tailor my check, Tatiana Doni looked at me and looked at your computer for 5 mins then started asking me questions about the check like it was a fake check, The supervisor Corina Ortiz took the check and my ID to the back room to call the person who gave me the check (I've been to many different Wells Fargo banks and this never happen) What because of what I'm wearing and my skin complexion you assume it was a fake check? Felt belittled like I was profile, always heard stories about this bank being Racist but never experienced it myself until today. They had me wait close to 30 min, so I observe and seen every Black or Mexican person who walk in was immediately approached, and was giving attitude. After waiting Corina Ortiz walked out and said your all good, just spoke to them, as if it was a surprise. Wells Fargo I've done a lot of business with you guys and because of this bank you lost me, and my associates!

Worse bank in Valley! Never have coins or lying that they don't have it all the time!? Careless manager, looks like she's there to do nothing for you and just laugh on you!

I'm convinced that this is the worst bank in the valley, the banker and greeter were both pretty decent but the teller was very disgusting. She gave horrible attitude when I asked for what I needed and tried to argue with me when I wasnt even upset. I just wanted to get help to top it off she didn't smile at all the whole time I was there. This was on Saturday the 17th at around noon. Bank teller was blonde with blueish green eyes. Disappointing knowing that this is an area where college students are the majority and are looked down upon.

Service is an issue. Wells Fargo states that they trust their customers (commercial) and trying to build our trust back. Trying to open a simple account with the proper documents. But the legal team still wants the original copy. Where's the trust? Protecting your job but appreciate the # of accounts I have. That's how you lose Loyalty
